It started with $200 gift cards being given out to employees getting vaxxed and it’s only gotten worse with these libtard assholes being passive aggressive towards me for refusing to get it. I can’t stand how these cucks casually say shit like Team Moderna or Team Pfizer without knowing what they’re putting in their bodies. I tell them that I identify as a vaccinated person...the look on their face is so priceless.
I just received a company wide email where it states that every employee must be vaccinated if they want to be employed at the firm I work for. This is so fucked up. I’m fuming just reading it.
I don’t want to get too specific but I’m a drafter at an architectural firm in Minnesota. This just doesn’t sound like this is okay legally. America means freedom, and I have the freedom to choose to not get vaccinated. I have the right to not get jabbed by the Deep State.
Has anyone else been in this situation? There’s absolutely no way that I will bow down to tyranny. I’d rather live as a lion than live as a fucking sheep.
Hey thanks for the advice, fren. Definitely brushing up the resume.
Let the fire you. A) unemployment benefits B) they will have "completed the crime"

Good luck
If you do not have allergies, start to quickly develop them - any allergies! It is an automatic medical exemption. For the moment, I think this will be the only way you will be able to legally refuse to participate. Employers have much leeway in deciding terms of employment. Therefore, with the help of your doctor, you need to get some kind of medical reason why you can't be jabbed. Otherwise, start looking for another job or make them sign a financial disclosure to be responsible for any and all damages you may suffer as a result of vaccine injury. Employees need to start holding their employer's feet to the fire on this. Insurance companies are refusing to pay for vax injuries. So, if they are going to force their employees to vaxinate, then they need to accept the liability.
At the moment, we don't have many options if an employer really wants to force this issue. Fight back and let them fire you if need be. Please check out the Frontline docs website for some legal info.
Great post mac1221. You said most of what I was going to say, especially as it relates to making a counter proposal to the business owners that they must take 100% liability for any adverse reactions you may face including death. Perhaps you can even throw in a huge monetary benefit to you as well if you are injured.
I'll add the link to the Frontline Doctors too:

Here is a form you can present to your employer:

THIS ?
Thanks fren for your kind words and adding the link for others.
The cabal already baked into the cake the objections to vaxines using moral and ethical grounds knowing those types of objections would take time to meander their way through the legal process - if the cases are even pursued. They knew that shifting the coercive mechanisms of compliance to the private sector would give them more success than direct governmental mandates that they knew could be fought easily on solid legal grounds. The cabal has an agenda and it is time sensitive. By shifting the coercion to the private sector to do their biding, the battles are spread out across many fronts and pits citizens against one another.
The evil knew that threats to employment or education would suit their need for voluntary submission, even if coerced, because most would simply succumb to the pressure given the threat of losing a job or not being able to attend school. The time sensitive threat often does not leave the average citizen many options beyond trying to obtain an immediate legal injunction, that for most individuals faced with the choice between two really bad options is not only unrealistic, but is difficult to obtain if not part of a larger class action. The language used in combating this kind of assault against the sovereign right to our own bodies is beyond most citizen's ability to navigate and requires some savvy on the part of that citizen or their legal council - this is deliberate.
Therefore, a medical exemption for many may be a more expedient way to force an employer to back down - especially when in addition there is given written notice of financial liability. These actions side step the prepared guidance responses to ethical and moral objections that many employers or educational institutions were given in advance. This line of objection then opens the door for the threat of ADA action that most employers and institutions understand as no place they want to go and often they will rethink their strategy - provided the Patriot has not backed their employer into a corner. Patriots need to remember that their employer is not necessarily the enemy - but in many cases they are just another ignorant tool used by the cabal. Patriots cannot make the environment so confrontational that their employer is not given a way out. We must be smarter. Give the employer the path of least resistance. This method of exemption also removes a person from being labeled as an antivaxxer - which is also used by the cabal for identification purposes in the "us versus them" strategy of the puppet masters. We must stop being played by them.
A principle of martial arts is to use your opponent's energy that is directed towards you and deflect it away. Not only can one deflect that energy, but that same momentum can also cause an opponent to become off balance and can leave them open for attack. Not all battles should be fought in a direct manner - not if we want to live to fight another day. We are not in an offensive position of strength at this moment with this eugenics roll out. Sometimes the best defense in not a full frontal one, but one more of stealth and gorilla tactics against a much larger opponent. We must be smarter and work within the strategy they have already implemented rather than try to fight against it directly which is exactly what they are counting on us to do.
Take care fren and God bless.
Maybe send an email to your healthcare provider asking if you're covered for issues arising after getting the vaccine?
If they don't cover you for these issues (maybe they will even state the vaccine is experimental) you can use that in your argument for not getting the vaccine. Or you can say "I will get the vaccine, but the company will have to cover my medical bill if there are complications.
This is a huge one. Iirc there’s info on Twitter that some folks have enquired if their medical insurance will cover them for vax related illness or injury and they were told it didnt. I’d ask HR to clarify this in writing as the business would be facing catastrophic liability if their med ins provider eschews coverage for adverse reactions- it might be enough to make them pause (an oh shit moment)
No no no. Some of these side effects are extremely debilitating ie not just affecting your work life but your entire life. Do NOT comply. Doesn’t matter if they cover it and or you sue them. Money won’t help you walk again or see again or any of the other horrible things. Ya know. Like death.
I didn't literally mean that he should get the vaccine if the expenses are covered if he has side effects ;)
I already know the company will not cover the expenses in case of side effects. It's just a way of fighting back. I've seen others here say that they did exactly this and it made the company back down on mandatory vaccinations.
Is the company life insurance policy going to pay if you die from an experimental vaxxx? Some life insurance & health insurance exclude experimental treatments. I would get the vaccine, no matter what.
I would add if management talks to you in person or on phone about it, record it. Tell them you are recording for your records & protection, in case this subject comes up again and they threaten to or fire you. Don’t give them the satisfaction of quitting! You can sue them if they fire you for not getting the vaxx. Document everything! Save every email, text or memo about it.
Do everything in writing. If it ain’t documented it didn’t happen. If you have any calls that aren’t recorded or F2F conversation then follow that up in email stating “I understand from our discussion of (dat/time) that blah blah blah.....” Finish the email with a request that if they dispute this is an accurate record of the conversation to please note points of dispute/amendments by return email & failure to respond will be considered agreement with the accuracy of the record.
Also document what your coworkers say / do in respect to you and the vax as that creates a hostile work environment.
If they are sending those “vaccine is mandatory” emails to you via a work email address, saving the emails might not be enough if they turn off your access to it and delete everything. So forward them to a personal email account and/ or print them out
Always smart!!!
Save full headers, too. DKIM signatures are definitive.
except no
Add the fact your firm was giving you incentives - I don't know what the rules are in MN, but there has been discussion in CA that if your employer forces or gives an incentive for the vax and something goes wrong, workers comp must pay.
Isn’t there also a letter on frontline doctors that they can present to their employer saying they are responsible if anything goes wrong?
Forcing an employee or student to take an EUA vaccine violates federal law. You can show an employer this letter: https://childrenshealthdefense.org/wp-content/uploads/chd-notice-for-eua-vaccines.pdf
What if the employer is fine with that and still makes you get the vax?
Hire a based lawyer willing to take your case seriously. I believe Americas Frontline Doctors have lawyers willing to help.
EXCELLENT ADVICE.
Always let them fire. I got hush money last job. I could have sued but it's easy for me to get a job.
If they try to give you hush money get all the paperwork from HR and find an attorney. Last job I got hush money they made me sign a waiver saying I wouldnt bad mouth them lol.
That’s when you start giving them backhanded compliments
