The only reason I have hope that this is true is because ALL of Trumps Supreme Court picks betrayed us while Alito and Thomas seemed dumbfounded. It seems unrealistically inept for Trump to not get at least one right...
That's my theory, at least where Dr. Rand Paul is concerned (none of the others you listed I would trust without more evidence) Honestly, I was indignant about this at first, until I read his reasoning... Dr. Rand Paul is one who I highly doubt can be corrupted. (He's already had a number of attempts on his life!) I don't think Rand believed that the Congress had the power to nullify state certification with out sending it to the state legislatures. He tried to get the Congress to do the right thing by making the motion to send certification to the state legislatures but his effort failed. He's a strong 10th Amendment supporter, and believed that to decertify a state's certifications (without sending it to the state legislatures) would have been an usurpation of state's rights. He has been very consistent on minimizing the power of the federal government, so this is consistent with his principles.
I'd like to point out as well that there has never been even a 'role-playing' feud with Rand. (Though President Trump has either commented on or out right acted on a feud with Pence, for example)
Perhaps losing the election was by design. Maybe that's precisely the trap set for so many corrupt cheaters. Election fraud has been occurring for YEARS. How else would you expose the corruption AND spur the country on to audit and clean it up in one fell swoop?
No, Pence did!. Former VP Pence was the only one Constitutionally who could have acted on his own to certify. Everyone else (including SCOTUS justices - And Roberts is definitely suspect) needed a majority behind them to succeed.
Nice... introduce a bill that has a snowball’s chance in hell of passing. Way to go Rand. That’s showing ‘em! (sarcasm) While you’re at it, introduce a bill for term limits. I’m sure your cronies are ready for that one as well. (double sarcasm)
Cool and all, but it won't stop the airlines from continuing to be tyrannical on their own.
To be honest, they've wanted to treat their passengers this way for years. Muzzled, no requirement to feed them anything substantial, punishing them for attempting to eat or drink, punishing them for moving too much... I think someone got kicked off of a flight recently for even fucking sneezing.
I even saw re-designs for an aircraft interior not long ago where the passengers at the back wouldn't even be sitting. They'd be strapped, standing, into shoulder harnesses.
They've wanted human cattle for years and now that they have their excuse to treat us like it, repealing a law won't change their behavior. They'll simply make it an airline policy.
Well the govt won't require masks, just that the airline will mandate it. Private companies are willing to do the govts bidding, wherever the pesky constitution and laws stand in the way. That's how freedom of speech is being shut down.
Rand Paul may want to propose a law that forbids airlines from having mask mandates. But he's a libertarian and will not, and might even stand for the right of private companies to have mask mandates.
I'd rather have a law banning forced vaccination and vaccination discrimination
/u/#libcry /
Amen!
He voted to certify the fraudulent election.
He certainly did. He caved when we needed him most. Can't trust him anymore.
This cannot be overstated. We NEEDED the Republican state legislatures. We NEEDED our warriors in Congress. We NEEDED Mike Pence. We NEEDED SCOTUS.
They had our fate in their hands and they folded like lawn chairs.
I've never felt so betrayed in my life.
Same

Does seem inconsistent with them going against election fraud.
I could be wrong, but my guess is that a few people were told to stand down as you suggested. The ones Trump was pretty confident he could count on.
That would allow the hidden RINOs to be exposed.
Also, that allowed the DS to be distracted while the forensic audit movement gained traction.
There's a battle going on - on many fronts.

I think it's alsompossible that he's just a naive idealist who doesn't fully understand that this is a war.

See BoatingAccident's comment (If you like, you may also want to read my response- Not all is as it seems)
I'll repeat that important statement for the normies and glowies.....HE CERTIFIED A FRAUDULENT ELECTION.
No, Pence did!. Former VP Pence was the only one Constitutionally who could have acted on his own to certify. Everyone else (including SCOTUS justices - And Roberts is definitely suspect) needed a majority behind them to succeed.
I’d like to see a bit more than just no masks on airplanes.. I mean.. we just had an election stolen from us. Maybe focus on that.
He's gotten into it with MSM on that point.
Hell ya Rand
He's controlled opposition who voted to certify the election, and he needs to go.
^^[

He certainly wasn't going to I introduce it if it could pass
Please do it!!

Don’t forget schools!
Fuck planes. Ban them everywhere. Why limit this shit to planes?
It's not going to pass so it is all for show. Just continue the airline boycott and let them bleed out.
Get back to session now, and focus on stopping the jabs.
