No, it doesn't prove anything. You are staying it is from an old speech, and maybe you are correct and I'd love to see it. Perhaps that is where the Trump Team got the footage to use in the video? Maybe, and that begs the question why only this man was given a deliberate close-up in that video.

No, it's not Tiger Woods. The black guy in the video looks absolutely nothing like Tiger Woods, and he was in a tournament the day of this speech. So you can stop mentioning Tiger Woods, as you are well aware this post is not about Tiger Woods, no matter how much you want it to be.

The tips of noses slowly sag from gravity as we age. Look at the curvature of the nostril, it doesn't change at all. Nor does the bony part of the nose. You can see the cartilege forward of the bony part is what is drooping.
He always had a slightly aquiline nose, you can see it better at some angles. It's just more pronounced now and larger due to age.
Though both profile pictures. The angles are different. You see a little more of JFK jrs other side of the nose from a higher POV
