If Arizona pulls back it's electoral votes... and Georgia and Pennsylvania do the same because of election fraud, pending NEW elections... then Biden doesn't have 270 electoral votes.
That would mean his presidency is put on hold until after those elections. That also means every cabinet position Biden filled, everyone he appointed to government positions are also put on hold. There is no Secretary of State, no Attorney General, etc... . All of those positions are put on hold pending the outcome, because Biden is not yet president... and had no right to appoint them.
Also, it would mean the Democrats do NOT have control in the House or Senate until those contested elections are resolved. The House and Senate can't vote on anything until control of both chambers in verified... and until we know which law makers were actually elected. Basically, nobody in Washington DC is in power until the elections are finalized.
What is the chain of command in this case?
NO President
NO Vice President
NO known Speaker of the House
NO known President Pro Temp of the Senate
NO Secretary of State
NO Secretary of Treasury
etc... .
None of the cabinet positions are filled until the election is finalized.
Do they still make people wear masks everywhere, like hotels & stores? In Alabama there’s no mask mandate anymore, the south don’t wear masks anywhere except some doctors offices (which I will not go to, I find other doc offices that doesn’t make you wear them). My husband had to go to Birmingham for training for work and he said they made them still wear masks everywhere even in hotels. I said will I won’t be traveling until this shit is normal again. I refuse to wear one even to see a specialist doctor for my Ménière’s.
How about Alabama, South Alabama to be precise, kek. Like to get back at Gov. Ivey for not letting Trump hold his July 3rd rally at the battleship. That Rino needs to go, she is also letting them do the door to door vaxx search. People are not happy with her is an understatement, except for the few dumbass liberals who support her. They say she switched parties from Dem to Rebuplican before she ran for Gov.
Drive by with a megaphone 📣 yelling "COPE!!!! COPE!!!" Across all major cities. God knows how many people I hadn't talked to in years reach out to me saying that after not being political on social media since 2016.
I could be wrong; however, President Trump never conceded, and he could sue to overturn the Arizona Certification. The Constitutional remedy is that in the event of a Presidential election without all States certified properly. Then, it goes to Congress, where Each State gets a Vote based on the state's Senate Majority.
So Illinois, which has a Democrat State Senate Majority, would get 1 vote for Biden.
Arizona, which has a Republican Senate, would get 1 vote for President Trump.
This would go on until President Trump was elected by Congress since there are way more Republican State Senate Majorities than Democrats.
Then-President Trump gets to cut these traitors and RINOs to the Mudder freak in Bone.
The fact that Trump never conceded is huge and confirms that he’s still commander in chief through everything that has happened. After all, how does a new person become president if the current occupant has not conceded?
They did not deliver the results to the president. The law says they must. Never did, he didn't concede, he has the football and the military, the rest is popcorn eating entertainment fun.
You are absolutely correct. The answer is contained in the Constitution (Twelfth Amendment). There is no need to make things more complicated than necessary.
Although the exact issue we are dealing with is not spelled out, the intent is sufficiently clear to allow congress to deal with the exigent circumstances. There is no doubt that the intent is when the electoral college result is not sufficient, Congress decides according to the procedure specified and there is ample precedent for application of Constitutional Intent in the absence of strict guidance. The Supreme Court takes this approach quite often when resolving Constitutional issues.
Well it’s the uncharted territory with The Constitution, we have never had this happen in this country so... if we had a fair honest election in the country please WHO WOULD WIN?
Can you say President Trump! 🇺🇸🗽🇺🇸

Default = Military in control.
I'll bring at least 4 kegs brother. How about somewhere in Texas? It's in the middle of the country so it's easier for most people to get to.
I love road trips!

Did you get a KI poll call the other week? I gave them an earful....
Sounds EPIC. 🎉
Brew up some of that PNW micro brew goodness, don’t hold back on the alcohol content, unlike the piss beer known as Heineken.
A warehouse? We're going to need about 1,000 acres of land to party on.
We should rent Lukenbach TX out.

Concession is a formality more than anything. Electoral college and senate certification of elections is the official process.
Even if someone lost fair and square, if they don't concede the constitution is overridden?
Quo warranto

Its a show mate. A produced show...moments its genuine.

Senate was the key
Excuse me- but fuck that.
Since when do we award cheating criminals another election opportunity.
this
I don't like the whole "new elections" theme
Trump won the election. So did the down ballot republicans, such as they may be.
We need the people we ALREADY ELECTED to hold office.
Allowing new elections...what could go wrong LOL

I think they recall the electoral voters and have them revote with new info. Is that correct???
