The vaccine issue goes away if we can force the FDA to do it's job and approve Ivermectin and/or HCQ for use as a treatment against Covid. So if everyone would start to publicly question why the FDA is ignoring these cures, maybe we would get some movement on them approving these treatments?
When people understand that the FDA works on behalf of the pharmaceutical industry and not the American people, then you will understand why they will never approve of therapies that actually work and make no money. There is no profit in healthy people. Logic and real science is not even on the table and most certainly a sense of protecting the public health. All of these 3 letter agencies that are supposed to be there to protect the public are industry driven and politically corrupt. The foxes are guarding the chicken coop. If the FDA was actually following their mandate, all the shots would have been pulled months ago. So, to suddenly expect them to do the right thing on their own based on real science is unrealistic. We are not going to get help from the Federal government - they are captured. These battles are going to be won on the local level, city by city, county by county. Citizens have been conditioned to expect their governance to come from a centralized body of elites. Americans are going to have to relearn how to govern themselves and take their power back. We cannot wait on some make believe Federal public advocacy agency to fight for us. The battle is on our doorstep and waiting for someone else is not an option. We do have power in our voices - but only when we use them.
Yep, we are fighting mandatory jab at work right now. All who don't want it are asking for exemptions, either medical or religious. We are ready to move to the legal if need be. There are other healthcare workers gathering at other facilities in our area to fight their mandates.
Even if the FDA ignores all 400,000 + cases of serious side effects and (by that time) well over 10,000 U.S. deaths from the vax... the FDA approval of a vaccine doesn't make it mandatory.
The FDA has approved lots of vaccines that aren't mandatory. Each state can determine what is mandatory within their own state.
It will be mandated by the majority of municipalities and most large companies once 'approved'. The only thing stopping my municipality from mandating it is that it only has EUA approval. But you are right, it won't be federally mandated until the FDA & CDC get that power. Think next outbreak
FDA approval does change legality of mandates, whether by entities such as the military, or in the private sector by employers. Health care workers have been mandated to take vaccines for years - influenza and Hep B. Right now, although difficult to enforce, as long as these shots are not FDA approved a person has some ability to fight back. My prediction is that as soon as some of the cases make their way through the courts on the EUA issue, one of the shots will gain FDA approval thereby making the cases moot. This will be by design. People expend energy and resources trying to fight cases that in the end are not going to help once the swamp changes tactics.
I was involved in working with some of the Influenza Pandemic plans on the state and county levels. These protocols were written over 10 years ago during the H1N1 plandemic. Under what is deemed a declared health emergency, at the state or county levels, all kinds of encroachment of constitutional rights can take place. This has already been baked into the cake. They can literally take you by force from your home or take your kids. You can be forcibly placed in quarantine "for the public safety. It is absolutely chilling what they have been allowed to put into place - all while Americans were busy with other things. I tried to sound the alarm on all of this years ago and it fell on deaf ears. Americans need to find out these protocols in their areas and start to develop strategies to defend them now. The Federal government set up a vaccine injury court and financial responsibility was shifted to the US taxpayer to be paid out from a vaccine injury fund. That is of course, if the vaccine court finds in an injured person's favor - which is very rare. Most cases never make it to the court and are dismissed for numerous reasons that were carefully crafted into the legislation. Legislation that was written by vaccine manufacturer lawyers and lobbyists. So, FDA approval really changes nothing on that level. It will however, make it easier for people to get medical help through insurance. But, that may change as well because insurance companies are already changing actuary tables.
