The point I made to my daughters school district some years ago. Everyone leads! I looked around the walls of the school. There were things like teamwork, respect, etc. I never once saw "leadership". I was pleasantly surprised that by the time my daughter graduated that I heard "leaders, etc." brought into the lexicon.
