That is correct now, used to be u had to have a prescription years ago. All that changed for allergy pills, now, u can get them over the counter without a prescription.
The problem is that if it has a decongestant component in it, you have to buy it AT the pharmacy counter and you are only allowed to purchase so many per month AND they run your driver license. It is a serious pain in the ass. One time I was going on vacation and I went to pickup my supply ahead of when I normally would and they wouldn't sell me the amount I normally purchase because I would be exceeding my 30 day allowance. I had to buy what I could and then when we got to our destination, I sent Spouseanon into CVS to buy the rest.

So, I had the operation. I was 38. Then in my early 40s, menopause kicked in - NOT FUN, and way too early. I've read the horror stories about hormone replacement therapy and the horrible shit it does to women. So, I opted for Black Cohosh and Peruvian Maca Root, which I've been taking since 2017, and completely controls the symptoms. Later I would find out (from none other than Dr. Sheri Tenpenny - she's one of the only good ones) that I never had a cancerous tumor in my uterus. I brought all my medical records to see her for my first visit, and she went over the post-op report from the pathologist with me, and showed me what it all meant. I cried uncontrollably for a few days. I'll never be able to have any more kids. I well up every time my son asks for a little brother, and he does pretty often. I can't tell him what happened. Then I went to my boss, who is an attorney, and asked if I could sue her for malpractice. This was last year. I found out that Ohio has a statute of limitations of 4 years on this kind of thing, so I have absolutely no remedy. Well, no *legal *remedy.

There have been studies showing a correlation of HRT and increased breast cancer. More so if the HRT is combined progesterone and estrogen.
