None of this will ever be taken seriously... until there are arrests made and every Maricopa election official is arrested, in handcuffs being perp-walked to patrol cars... and held in jail. Their offices and all voting center equipment should then be raided to obtain the information subpoenaed.
Until that happens, it's all a big joke.
After that happens, election officials in other states might actually comply with subpoenas.
What if it isn't "all about the audits?" What if the audits are actually a distraction for something even bigger -- more world-wide. What if we're ready to play the Trump Card? It would certainly be a massive head-fake for the DS involved in election fraud.
Dominion protected themselves. If you read the Devolution series, part 4 or 5, there is a good discussion on how Dominion is protected under DHS. It's so Deep State and swampy, it's ridiculous. Pass the popcorn, this is getting really good.
My guess is they gave everyone the middle finger once again. No one appears serious about enforcing the law, at least to date. I hope we hear good news but not holding my breath.
Because the Senate needs a minimal of 16 and they have 15, the force of law in arresting these people isn't going to happen. State senator Paul Boyer is an ardent anti-Trumper. It was he who blocked Kelli Ward's attempt to arrest Maricopa County officials after issued subpoena were ignored seeking routers for its audit of the 2020 presidential election.
Unless Boyer is somehow removed and replaced, I don't see the subpoenas having any force of law. Thanks to Paul Voyeur, er, I mean Boyer.
Democrats don't seem to be concerned about following the rules, so how about the Republicans find themselves a sheriff that is willing to go and arrest those guys as they are leaving the office.
Throw them in the pokey, leave them overnight with all the worst of the worst, and then let them go in the morning with a "sorry, my bad, just a little mistake in paperwork".
Unfortunately, the good sheriff was Sheriff Arpaio, who IMO really won the Maricopa County reelection. It was another heavily rigged election. That being said, the sheriff of the county has authority in that county. Right now, there's another democrat Biden-like imposter as sheriff.
If they sent a subpoena, and the receiver said, "No," then that means the receiver believes they can defend their no in court.
Which means they're daring to be taken to court. Because you don't say no to a legal subpoena unless you have a plan to defend it.
Which means that if the audit people are preferring to send letters and complain on television rather than actually take these people to court when they were dared to do so, then there is probably a good reason for it.
Or, the reason they won’t turn them over, might be that they show massive amounts of indisputable fraud. What would you do if you were them and that was the case? Would you turn the evidence over?
I would try to not show it as long as possible.
So, charges of contempt of court and obstruction of justice along with a warrant for the arrest of all individuals involved, is what captain Ron is sayin is coming next.

Just a thought...
Dominion said they aren't a public entity and aren't beholden to the public.
Maricopa said to fuck off.

Here's how they might get away with this

Well I guess if we're not following laws anymore...
Smug bastards won't give anything up.
It'll turn into a long drawn out legal battle.
Whilst at the same time the DS continues it's agenda.

If they think they have a case to pursue these subpoenas, they should bring it to court and say they want to have it enforced.
If they aren't doing that, then I take that as a sign that they don't believe their legal case for those routers will stand up in court.
The subpoenas were already ruled legal by AZ courts.
That's not what I'm saying.

That letter read like this: “We won’t comply with your subpoenas because we’ve got nothing to hide”
Leftist logic 🤡🤦🏽♀️

Yes! It goes to the AG next! Them refusing is actually good news for us!
So prove it.
Faggot couldn't even say "China", put in "Asia."
Guilty.
