The map above seems to originate in this now deleted Reddit thread about dividing America into three different countries with about equal population. Some of the comments are still there though.
It looks like the one in the video has the top-right chunk also having WI, and the bottom-right chunk also having NM & NV. Otherwise the borders look quite similar.
