Got it on the tv, Travel channel on cable. Nothing on my Android phone though. Only weird thing I noticed its for the area it said United States and District of Columbia and D.C. .
i think it was for selected phones only. My wife got several on her iPhone. I did not get any on my iPhone. Same att account. I did get the alert over the radio while driving. Sirius radio. I flicked the channel between two stations and both had the alert.
Same with me, nothing else received. Unless it's supposed to go on for a specific amount of time like 3 or so.

What I saw said it was 2:20 to 2:50 ET. I had the TV on and there was a crawl across the top of the screen, but I think that was the local station.
