I know it can feel scary to walk away from a job, but I did it 25 years ago and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. These people have demonstrated that another's wellbeing is not truly their objective, nor their concern, and I would not put my fate in their hands.

Why not let them fire her? Then she'll have legal options. Class action lawsuits could be organized.

If she wants to do it that way fine, but either way she leaves her job, and my point was that losing a job can turn out to be a good thing, but whichever way she does it, don't leave her fate in their hands.

Hmm, looks like the letter doesn't say you'll be fired, but "put on an indefinite unpaid status". Is that different from being fired from a legal standpoint?

Depends which country this is in. The letter is in English language and uses the words "federal" and "state" so probably this is USA or Australia. Even so the wording is clearly designed to bar employees from the workplace if they decline to comply with arbitrary medical procedures so I am guessing no it is not legal. I am in England and an employer would be in a very weak position if they tried this and someone took it to court.

Also note how the letter fails to say what happens if you submit to their testing and get a positive result - do they just send you home and if so do you still get paid? Our schoolkids here were quick to understand that they could generate a fake positive result using an orange juice sample, then they all got a free couple of weeks off school. Smart employees might get the same idea.

In the real world though if it were me who received the letter I don't think I could get excited about it. Almost certain that if they really pushed it to the point where you were expected to get these tests on a regular basis and you just said no when it actually came to being tested then nobody in the admin would want the hassle and would just quietly tick the box and forget about it.

Do not Quit!, make them fire you. It matters legally, and I think more employers will start to hire people that have been arrested.

My dad works for state and that September 6th deadline is same for him as well. I think this is 6 month start for alot of people who took vaccine.

We will see shtf soon. My one aunt is at 6 months now. Yikes

You need to put the burden of proof on THEM. That is what everybody seems to be missing.

My response:

  • How dangerous is Covid 19? What is the death rate?
  • How dangerous is the Flu? What is the death rate?
  • How dangerous is herpes, chlamydia, and gonorrhea? What are the death rates?
  • Are you concerned about these and other illnesses? If not, why not?
  • What evidence do you have that you "know that the best way to prevent the spread of Covid-19 is via a Covid-19 vaccine?" Upon which scientific studies do you rely to arrive at this conclusion?
  • When will you provide me with a copy of those studies, so that I may review them myself?
  • In what way will you fully inform me of the risks of taking a Covid-19 vaccine?
  • Please provide me with the statistics from VAERS to show the deaths and harmful effects of taking a Covid-19 vaccine.
  • Which Covid-19 vaccines do you recommend, and why?
  • Please provide me a complete list of ingredients in any of these drugs you recommend.
  • By what authority to you assume you can demand that I provide an invasive medical treatment for your unknown benefit?
  • Will you submit to a daily anal probe to make sure you are not infected with a communicable disease?

Please provide a complete list of each individual who is responsible for this policy. Please provide the name of the attorney or other person who wrote the language of this policy.

I guess how far I would go on the seriousness would depend on the situation. Would I want to sue them? Would I want to file criminal charges? Do I really care about the job or company? Etc.

P.S. If you quit, you might lose a lot of rights. If you make them fire you, you are likely to be in a better legal position.

Discrimination right out loud. Vaccinated people can get and spread Covid as well as unvaxed people. Tell them NO, if you're to be tested, everyone should be tested. They can stick their test kit up their own ass.

Our medical industry is absolutely destroying itself. They were our heroes last year. They gave it their all for the safety of everyone else, treating patients without adequate protective gear, and this year, after changing NOTHING, they're all of a sudden the enemy?

The weakest minds must exist INSIDE the medical industry to allow it to cannibalize itself like this. Complete self-destruction and it is already SO HARD to get nurses, technologists, doctors, etc. This will just cripple healthcare for decades to come as people lose faith in the system, the complete lack of leadership, and the complete lack of protection they've afforded their warrior workforce. It's human abuse and completely embarrassing.

Our people deserve so much better. If they all walk, the nation will be left with so little care available for everyone. But that was the goal all along.

Our state health department just sent notice that this will be implemented in schools. Weekly testing of all unvaxed staff and children. DISCRIMINATION AT IT'S FINEST since the vaxed can just as well get and transmit the virus. Told my daughters to no way in hell let them shove a fucking swab up the kids noses every week. They are doing this to be able to skew results of the unvaxed and therefore push for the children getting vaxed.

They are my grand children so that decision is not up to me. We have talked about it before. I have told my girls that if I were in this situation when they were young, they would be pulled from school and yes home schooling it would be.

Who do you think told the employers how to trick you into thinking you had to have it? Lawyers.

All this does is keep you working for them until they can demand it and fire you without recourse for you not following the rules. They know what they are doing and it isn't good for you.

If they try to mandate anything they need to go, since it is their establishment YOU need to walk away! They cannot survive without the workers. The longer we stay, the more they get from us. You can always find another job. I don't think they can involuntarily test you, it would be very dangerous to shove anything that far up inside a persons brain while struggling. Opps!, he was struggling andit got shoved about 2 inches too far. The person giving the test would be liable for manslaughter.

The Enemy cannot fire everyone, hospitals here around Houston are all hurting for staff because they have fired too many already, one being too many.

We've seen several similar notices and I wonder why no one will say which hospital, where. If this was a hospital in my area I wouldnt go there. If my doctor was on staff there I wouldnt return.

If you are afraid of a suit, its an official notice from the hospital so you cant be sued for showing it around.

Waiting for my employer/hospital to begin the harassment/guilt-trip now that it is "FDA approved". I received an exemption from the vax; I would not put it past my hospital to re-neg on that.

So it appears that if/once our genetic code is modified (MRNA vax?) we become patentable—or someone’s intellectual property—is how I read this, unfortunately.
