I'm in consideration for a few jobs at the moment in NYC and I want to be prepared for any possibility especially if they hinge my employment upon the jab. I've tried getting a medical exemption due to my history and how it correlates with certain VAERS events - no dice, I thought about a religious exemption, but my understanding is that the authority figures in my church are very wishy-washy. So I'm thinking the last possible resort is saying "Okay, here's the deal. I'll get the shot, but you are legally responsible if I suffer an injury or die as a result of the vaccine." Is there any legal precedent to this and if so, will it basically compel them to back off?

Someone had posted a link to OSHA yesterday indicating that employers are responsible....trying to find it.
OSHA changed their stance almost immediately.
OSHA IS NOT RECORDING UNTIL 5/22
Do not work for someone that would require this, even if it is just an attempt to get you to take it, WALK AWAY!
The Lawyers, Doctors and Corporations are working together, this will only serve to generate revenue for them. They have made their decision, we have one to make now. I think it is an easy one. You can find a place of employment that would never try this. you might have to make some sacrifices, tough titty. Live or Die, the choice is yours.
You don't need a church to give you a religious exemption. You do that yourself.
Also, draft a contract (or have a lawyer do it) that states you have a medical history that raises your risk of vaccine injury and since the company requires the vaccine you will be holding them responsible financially for any damages including death. Put a dollar amount in there that makes you happy. And tell them they have to sign it before you are willing to get the vaccine. I promise you they will not sign it.
This is a strategy antivaxers have used with doctors to get them off their backs. When their doctor harasses them over and over about vaccines, they get presented with an official letter requiring them to accept all responsibility for damages since it is they who are so insistent in pushing the vax on their patient. They fold every fucking time.
Bottom line for these companies is, don't you dare force a medical intervention on someone while threatening to fire them over it unless you are willing to accept 100% financial responsibility. HOLD YOUR GROUND!
You don’t need anything from a religious authority. YOU are a sovereign citizen and have the authority, without burden of proof, to ask for religious exemption. Period.
Even if the pope says that Catholics should get vaxxed, you can still claim a religious exemption for a sincerely held religious belief. More info citing SCOTUS cases: https://www.barnhardt.biz/2021/08/25/mailbag-an-attorney-checks-in-on-religious-exemption-letters/
Here's a form that was on Dr. Tenpenny's Telegram for employers:

the EUA gives blanket immunity. OSHA changed it's guidance in May, creating wiggle room for employers to mandate. however, the gray area is that the EUA requires informed consent which means, by law, it is voluntary.
if you agree to a jab for a job, you're not being coerced, you're accepting a term of employment. you have no legal recourse.
your best bet is if you've had covid and recovered you have grounds for declaring immunity equivalent or better than vaccine.
you can also ask your potential employers, in writing, what vaccine they are mandating? if they say the FDA approved one, that is Comirnaty, and it is not yet on the market. only the EUA drugs are available for injection.
Adding link to this article already posted, explains the FDA head-fake regarding "approved" status: https://childrenshealthdefense.org/defender/mainstream-media-fda-approval-pfizer-vaccine/
New York abolished its religious exemption within the past year or so. Only medical mandates now.
The jabs they're giving out now is the Pfizer crap still under EUA, and there's no guarantee whether what you get is the same as the FDA-approved drug. I wonder what would happen if you agreed only to take Comirnaty, which the FDA version? (It's not being produced yet.)
The employer and their insurance company will do everything in their power to show - no evidence that the vaccine "caused" the injury or death. Sorry but just say no to the shot.
I believe if you go on Frontline Doctors they have a form you can give an employer which says if they force you to be vaxxed then they’re responsible. That’s the only way you can hold them accountable— definitely not if you willingly take it. Take a look at this for info! Good Luck! https://americasfrontlinedoctors.org/legal/vaccines-the-law/
Initially OSHA was on board, saying they were liable. However, not surprisingly, OSHA changed their stance on that in the Spring.
