I think teachers should have psychological examinations to the grade of officers. They should not hire anybody who self centered or narcissistic in anyway, but instead have selfless traits, with firm beliefs in structure and rules.
Self centered folks or people with a drive for extreme activism should be weeded out immediately.
Actually, how about this... Teachers should be interviewed every year by the parents. The parents should have a say on who teaches their kids.
