This would work, but simpler is Quercetin 500 mg and 50 mg of zinc. Add 500-1000 units of C and 2000-3000 of D and you've got a great prophylactic for covid. This is Dr. Zelenkos protocol modified for the amounts I get in my good doterra vitamins.

Green tea is an excellent source of Quercetin.Between the quercetin in GreenTea & V/8 veg juice[which also has Vit C ] and also take vit D3 nothing even touched me even though I hugged someone who had had a bad case of flu just prior or was still ill and it happened two or three times. Passive immunity and after phys contact Active immunity as well. Beautiful work Schmelly!!

Doesn't quite work like that with regular tonic water as you have to ingest quite a few gallons to get enough Quinine to make much difference, much like with antibiotics and how using lower doses to make them last longer just completely wastes them, there is a dosage threshold for efficacy and below it there is little to no real effect.
American Frontline Doctors recommend as a direct replacement for Hydroxychloroquine: 500mg Qercetin + vitamin D(5000IU), + 25-50mg Zink + 1000mg vitamin C as a direct replacement as a preventative daily medication measure.
Alternately: 500mg Quercetin 3x daily + vitamin D(10000IU) + 50-100mg Zink + 1000mg vitamin C for 7 days as a treatment regime for people that have a high risk of having been exposed.
And in most countries where you can't easily(or at all without a prescription) get Hydroxychloroquine you can get everything for the Quercetin(including the Quercetin) regimen at a healthfood store.
Note on the Vit D: microgram corresponds to the listed IU amounts and would be a MASSIVE overdose if one ingested the dosage measured in mg that has previously been posted as a infographic/image here so I would go with the IU measurement................
In Australia, you can buy a tonic mixer from Coles supermarkets and going by the faq on the website, you'll get more than enough Quinine after it's diluted.

Yes and it’s real quinine, not the chemically substituted version. It's sustainably sourced from the bark of the fever tree (Cinchona) and contains 0.76g of quinine per 100ml diluted. Natural quinine is a natural anti-viral, antiseptic and has anti-inflammatory properties. It is still widely used to treat and prevent malaria.
What's the right mixing amount? −
Ideally 1 part syrup, to 6 parts sparkling water. However, as peoples tastes preferences are different, it’s also good to Taste-to-Test. If you are wanting to make up a 1L bottle, fill the syrup to the start of the bottle neck after carbonating the water before-hand. Please note, the Kombucha Concentrates are 1 part concentrate, to 4 parts water.
Hi doses of Vitamin D3 can have side effects, headaches, nausea, lethargy, and even kidney stones. That being said I personally take 5-10 thousand IU per day. My wife takes it also and has her Vit D levels checked by her Ob-gyn who has had her take it for 20 years. He is a big believer in the Vitamin D, and says many women are low on it. Her levels have always been ok.
