Who takes a picture of people watching a screen unless something important is happening that they are watching?
Don't know why someone downvoted. I am suggesting there could be something about the timing of when this was takenthat could be meaningful.
This is why the link to where you found it would be helpful when you post something... people can build on your share, and perhaps draw some conclusions with timestamps, context, etc. But just a photo you grabbed and shared, but no link... it does not help the researchers here.

Actually, upon closer look, I think that it's the Alabama Crimson Tide helmet. They were national champs in 2015, 2017 and 2020. Was this picture from 2018? Sarah Huckabee Sanders would have still been there as press sec. Would make sense for that helmet to be in the Oval. Also, have to love that Trump jersey.

Really interesting stuff as I looked up more Alabama White House visits. So Obama ended up getting jerseys with numbers 1, 14, 15, and 16. His #1 and #14 jerseys were red, but 15 and 16 were white. So he got red, red, white, white. The helmet numbers were 14 (with jersey 14), 15 (with jersey 15) and 16 (with jersey 16). But when he got jersey 1, the helmet number didn't match... it was 13, assuming as a nod to Alabama's 13th national championship in 2009. The helmet/jersey numbers would match 14, 15, 16 for championships 14, 15 and 16.
But when Trump got his #17 jersey, the helmet number was #1. Shouldn't the helmet number continue the pattern like Obama, 14, 15, 16, 17... 17th national championship??
Looks like Clinton got a jersey in 1992, with the number 1, but can't find out if he got a helmet. Also interesting, the 1992 title and visit was Alabama's last national championship and visit until 2009... 17 year difference...

The oddest thing to me about this picture is how frumpy Ivanka looks. Look at the wrinkled arms and the huge ugly pockets. This is not a criticism of Ivanka. Right at this moment, I look like a complete slob. But I've just never seen her like that before.

I had a linen outfit that color - two piece skirt/top. By the end of the day, it would have that same wrinkled look.

GHW Bush is standing directly below him is Ronald Reagan and left bottom is GW Bush.
Abe Lincoln is in bottom middle Just above him is Eisenhower. And then Trump.
Above Trump is Ford then Teddy Roosevelt is on the Right and below right is Nixon.

All 19 Republican presidents are in there. Artist confirmed in the linked WP article. He also says the woman is the "first woman Republican president." The figure looks quite similar to Jackie Kennedy. The outfit looks like the one she was wearing when in Vienna in 1961

They came in because something was going on—something they are now focused on, most likely on the television. Trump moved his seat so he could see the television better. Sara has also found the news on her phone, as she is holding it up. It’s been a long day already. Ivanka’s suit is wrinkled. It is an expensive linen suit and tasteful so don’t read into that. The room is a bit of a mess. It’s a busy room. Maybe Ivanka and Trump were working on something important. Whatever they are watching they are mad and concerned. What’s on the chair?

By the looks of it … there’s swag sitting on the chair to the left of the painting (basketball, a couple of prints and plastic wrapped invitation?). The helmet ka a curiosity because it was clearly placed on the mantle for a reason - knowing that the mirror would catch the image (if this was posted today the only game on is Louisville and Ole’ Miss).
