Fren it's quite hard to take too much Vit D currently I'm taking about 20,000 IU twice a day, with a large Vit C 1000mg Liposomal daily as well as Vit B liposomal and zinc. I don't think you will do any harm upping the dosage a bit.
The absorbtion is a problem wihich is why I use the liposomal Vit C and D it's better absorbed than tablets, but hey I'm not a Dr.
You people do realise covid stands for certificate of vaccination identity document ? That covid is a string of computer coding? Not anything? To me it looks like it's fine on the quercetin but light on the zinc. Also, zinc is supposed to have a little copper with it for optimal effect so I would suggest looking for a zinc with copper next time you order. And Vitamin D should be accompanied by K2 for maximum benefit.
It does say it is "rare". Also there is a lot if latitude between the RDA of 600IU/day and 60,000IU/day that could "rarely cause toxicity. People should not fear Vit D toxicity...only get your blood tested so you know where you are at and where you want to be. Taking 10,000IU per day is not that much.
if you stay below 90-100 ng/ml (blood test) you'd be ok. not really toxic unless you sustain over 100ng/ml.
30ng/ml is the cutoff for deficiency. there seems to be little record of serious or bad covid outcomes for people with D at 40+ ng/ml. D is only one part of the immune story but it suggests 40 ng/ml is optimal.
If 30ng/ml is the cutoff for deficiency, my reading would suggest that people are much healthier at 75ng/ml or less. Also it is imperative to take vitamin K with D unless you are on Coumadin so that the D is deposited in the bones and not your arteries. Many people that spend a lot of time in the sun may still be deficient so it is imperative to know how much D is in your body...worth the blood test. I am constantly amazed at this free gift of health from God.

I will link it every so often when I see people asking about vitamins and it's very helpful to me I actually have it set up so that my daughter and myself can take them I wrote the amount in paper and taped it on the lid of a container and I stuck the bottles inside the container makes it easier that way if anyone in the household wants to take them they are available
The important thing is the zinc. Before everything. I take one lot at 8 and another at 3 so as to not disrupt my sleep. Vit D morning only. Quercetin, Vit C, Magnesium. I forget if it's mg or g but 20 of zinc and 500 of quercetin, 2x a day.
Everyone taking things that are good for your immune system. Please don’t overdo it. Especially things like D if you already get enough sun. You can take too much and develop autoimmune disease.

there tends to excess copper in the environment right now, not likely you need to add.
I tale zelenko protocol agter brealfast or lunch. 500mg quecetin, 1000 vit C, 5000 iu D, 25 mg zinc.

Yes, I am aways low on vit D naturally and am prescribed vit d by my doctor for years .

Those are VERY low amounts of the product, I really think you would be better off buying separately to get greater amounts.
Yeah I already have those and the stuff they'll be posted was really expensive I just ordered some more quercetin.
And picked up some more Beano quercetin makes one a bit tooth.lol.

You should look into takes magnesium glycinate prior to going to bed for RLS.

You are taking too much.
You should take once a week / two weeks and only increase dose if you develop symptoms. Zinc has a long half life.
