In fairness, this is what an unethical attorney does, and is usually grounds for a mistrial as you can't 'un-ring the bell' with the jury so to speak. But I get your point!
In the United States, no one regulates the news media or journalists for accuracy and bias. They police themselves and operate within existing libel laws.
Let's not forget about Section 230 which protects all the "platforms" from libel suits. We'd see a lot less propaganda if they were considered publishers, which is what they are.
Well their use of the mockingbird under Barry was legalized and given money to continue to propagandize the American public. That may be coming back to bite them though as they are trying to scare Mr. Baxter into removing material on his website that they don't like. I believe what he is saying but it's hard to claim libel or slander when it's the truth.
Reminds me of the other blockbuster story Rolling Stone made up... the one where "Jackie" at Virginia University (or whichever univ in VA it was) claimed to have been gang raped by 7 frat boys at a party which touched off Obama's "rape culture" crusade. That story, also, was totally made up by a young activist author who was trying to make her name, build her career, and further a cause. It never happened.
Rolling Stoner has a track record with the mockingbird.
Anyone who goes to Rolling Stone for news is far more stupid than your typical MSM brainwashed tool. We're talking throwing shit from trees dumb. Rolling Stone is so consistenly bullshit, its a wonder why they tried to branch out from music at all.
I was channel surfing this morning and caught some jerk I had never seen/heard of before, Thom Hartmann, discussing with derision the case where relatives are trying to get ivermectin to someone in a hospital and are being blocked. He referred to it as "horsey dewormer", and said sarcastically, "what could possibly go wrong" if given to a person. You would think someone who is nationally broadcasting would be a little more informed so as not to reveal themself to be a complete fool.
The other thing that is so ridiculous about the story is the contention that "people with gunshot wounds" needed to wait. I live in a not-so-great area and very close to a hospital whose ER treats gunshot wound patients. Even here, which is in gang territory, many times there are zero gunshot wound patients in the ER on a given day. The article gives the impression that several patients with gunshot wounds are magically showing up in one hospital in Oklahoma.
Yeh, no real apology from Rolling Stones about their false articles, failure to do due diligence by checking with the hospital before writing the article. Why? Because it didn’t fit their narrative if it was found to be untrue, so they just ran with the article they wanted to be true. Then they publish a hospital statement with no mention of their prior false and erroneous article and most likely no repercussions to the writer.
Most ER physicians are not hospital employees. In fact, many hospitalists are not hospital employees either. In the past several years, there has been a move to use physician staffing services. That’s why when you go to the Er or hospital, you get a separate bill for the hospital, the doctor, the lab, and radiology. Even the transporters and housekeeping staff can be contractor employees, dispatched from a completely different state.
Does any one have the original POST that was on here that showed both groups of people ..the original photo was people waiting to get the jab ..I looked and can’t find it ..I want to print it out and leave in my liberal no it all daughters car seat
Not a retraction, but an UPDATE. Their viewers will never see it either, because they fucking love fake news. They could see the truth right in front of them, and deny it. Morons.
Fake news, spread by the mockingbirds. The damage is done now, retraction in small letters on an obscure page.
That's how it's done.
A good lawyer will get something out in front of the jury even if it is overruled or stricken from the record.
yep

Anita Hill's sexual harrassment claim without evidence from Clarence Thomas.
Media response:"It's all about the seriousness of the charge."
They wish they could retract Joe Rogan's story.
They're trying, give them credit for that.

Big media companies parroting obvious propaganda should not be considered free speech

How desperate do you have to be to get someone from Singapore to write a story about Oklahomans?

Rolling Stoner IS the mockingbird.
Yeah and I think they got slammed for a couple million in damages too.

Are there any articles about other drugs that have been rated ineffective by WHO/NIH, such as HCQ, that have been found to be falsified in this way?
I'm looking for something to use as material for a video I'm making.
Agreed.
Western medicine is the new kid on the block. Been around for what? 150 years? Eastern medicine thousands of years...
I bet many MSM consumers will continue to have that original story sit in their head as true even though it's been debunked.... and the MSM knows it.
Cue Retracto! The Correction Alpaca!
I fuckin love James O'Keefe. I dont know how he moves around though. What with how big the balls he has to drag around everywhere he goes.

How does a retraction cover for a Criminal LIE?

Maybe Rolling Stone was trying to be the Babylon Bee.
In other news: Liberals Are Fucking Stupid
