I'm thinking those in L.A., S.F., and S.D. will be out of food in a couple of weeks in CA. This may inspire a temporary, at first, migration to the red States. Of course, they may just exempt truckers from this so they can keep the CA population captive and not have a few % flee the State.

I'm not sure why, maybe to force small farms out and make way for corporations or bought by Chinese. Don't know for sure, but central California is a big food producer for the nation.
