Please expand on your theory. How are the two related? I believe the fake "whistleblower" is the DS trying to get congress to pass a bill that would allow even more censorship on ALL social media (here included). Not so sure how this shields anyone if Zuck is id'd as "Tech CEO 1".
Alternatively, could be the same tactic they used to deflect with the Governor of NY. He killed thousands but the story was the sexual harassment.

I believe you are correct and "Tech Exec 1" is someone whose name most people would never know. I think Zuckerfug would be like Tech Exec 13 or some other number further along.
