It implies an added cost that takes place in order to receive each booster. That's not what's happening, nor is it the same thing as your tax dollars being used in the healthcare system.

If the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines cause antibody dependent enhancement, then anyone who took their doses of the drug will be dependent upon further vaccines to ward off even the most basic of influenza viruses.
