323 Are they finally waking from their slumber???Nationwide School Walkout! Found this on SM. My kid has already been pulled but heard our small town schools are back to mandating masks and strongly encouraging the jab. Would love to see this walkout actually gain traction. Ohhhhhhh I bet that's why our school district is having a professional development day on Monday....it seemed sudden and odd, but now it makes sense.
It's amusing to see them abandoning many things except their development days and stuff...
On patriots.win, I saw people circulating graphics for a national worker walkout on October 18th too. Very interesting...
My car mechanic here in California said his kids will be out of school on 10/18 for this.
My kid spread the news through her high school, and all the kids are now sharing the info on social media.
My wife works at a middle school, she’s not going to work Monday, and said that even some of her vax’d coworkers are staying home, to show support.
We should demand the dismantling of public school systems. When no school is better than school you k kw school is a problem.
Fall break starts Friday in my area. They could have pick a more effectual day.

My mom works for a public school and she sent me the same flyer yesterday!
#1 WTF is a fall break?
#2, sounds like some crap my kid would cook up.
The CDC is paying individual school districts MILLIONS OF DOLLARS to abide by the CDC's guidelines. It's not about health, it's about money.
A parent brought this up at a school meeting, and it was powerful. She had done research, and found the money.
We should all take Monday off in support, unless you have a critical job helping people.
I printed 4/page and have been casually dropping them here and there about town.
Have to do it surreptitiously as I'm a teacher.
Spouse, walking behind me "Hey, you dropped something!"
Me: Turn around, shoot lasers out my eyes.
Spouse: "Oh, I see. Let's Go Brandon!"
Will be at the capital in Sac. protesting mandates on mon. 18th starting at 10am. Join us if you are free and in area.
This started in CA just a week ago, but has quickly gained a lot of traction over the past week. Yesterday when school got out, parents were outside schools with signs to alert other parents.
Monday is my Saturday. 😊
Volusia County students have 10/18 off for a "Professional Development" day for teachers. Also coincides with the end of the 1st grading period.
Have them do it Tuesday instead. That goes for all schools where they're off this Monday, have them take Tuesday off instead.
