Make absolutely sure you take a Zinc-Copper complex as they compete with one another and you do not want to risk causing a Copper deficiency. I've personally been supplementing Zinc since early 2017, in part to help regulate hormones, most specifically a healthy production of Testosterone.
Here are a few sources along with the very product I use.
I am going to follow Zelenko as well. Do check on the zinc and quercitin. It is my understanding they can be problems for kidneys (I am diabetic) but I have also received info that quercitin may be good for kidneys so I'm a bit confused and also read not to take quercitin at the same time as statin. I guess, when in doubt on anything, check with your doctor.
The AM/PM looks interesting, I may try it in the future. I've been taking their Basic Nutrients 2/Day for a few years. Have you noticed an effect of the Relora in the PM?
I take capsules containing 4 different kinds of zinc (bisglycinate, picolinate, gluconate and L-methionine) but I've also had good results with el cheapo zinc from the supermarket. A test would determine if you need extra zinc. You may have enough. Or try these other forms if you want to activate quercetin.

Zinc picolinate. I get all my supplements from Swanson's.
I bought zinc Lodgengers that say to take them for 7 days, 1 week out of the month.
You need to eat something with it
Zinc picolinate is better, according to my nutrient book.
Yep👆🏼 I read an article that Picolinate digests better (bioavailability; read a long time ago).
Careful with zinc...too much isn't good 👍🏼

I take zinc gluconate , but there is also zinc picolinate.
I take GNC and they don't say which type it is.
Makes me want to toss my 'not cheap' gnc vitamins in the trash.
A side effect of taking zinc on an empty stomach is vomiting I found out the hard way. Take zinc with food and you'll be fine.
Got my 30mg zinc picolinate, as well as C/D/NAC/quercetin, from Thorne. Pricey, but one of the few supplement companies I semi-trust.
6 cooked medium-sized oysters will also give about 30mg of zinc, if you want to go the natural route.
Thorne is great. i use the AM/PM multivitamin which also has Selenium, Copper, etc.

I generally work hard to wind down mentally at night so not sure if the Relora helps or not.
This is one of the few that has K, Iodine and Chromium. A long time ago I did a lot of looking and Thorne manufacturing seems top notch.
Been taking for years. I had traveled a lot. Never get sick until recently and that was fine with extra C D Z and rest.
I too get my picolinate from Thorne. I don't take it every day and only take it with my prophylactic IVM dosing but it goes down easy enough.
Thanks for the oyster tip!
I like Pure Encapsulations brand. Doesn’t make my stomach hurt like other brands do!
If you are sick take some ionic zinc by sucking on the zinc tablets. This is the only company that uses the original formula (Edy's) for this product.

Fan of the zinc glycinate, myself.

that's also how I take my magnesium at night.
