farmers all over are getting the short end of the price stick! let's not forget.. some, if not all of the 4 largest meat packers are FOREIGN owned!!
Not all. I know of one privately owned by an American family.
Beef is yummy.
We raise beef. We have found a way to sell directly to the local people. Everyone is happy.
I buy direct from a rancher in the Sandhills. Youve got the right business model. Best wishes to you
If you are interested, my daughter has started a website so farmers can sell directly to their customers. farmersbizaar.co
Hey, thank you! I finally found your daughters site. Farmersbazaar.co. Just curious how it would work since I am in Texas. I tried the FAQ section, and terms and conditions. I don’t see any fees. Thank you again.
I wanted to check with my daughter to make sure. It is 4.5% on items sold, no sign up fee and no listing fee. They make money when the farmers make money. Thanks for the interest. She is signing up more vendors.
We bought from a local farm the other day; it's higher quality, and often a better price!
I drive 2 hours once every two months to stock up from a place in Haubstat IN. I would drive 4 if I had to. All their beef, pork and poultry is local raised. No feed lot trash. It is a small town place but make no mistake it is pretty huge. I call it ‘Meat Mecca’. If you are a carnivore and u live anywhere near Evansville Indiana and u dont know about Dewigs, do urself a favor and look it up. Their bacon would convert muslims.
It must be made affordable for people to stick with American grown/American made
Won't tell us who because FreeCountry wants to keep all that yummy beef for themselves. LOL
No shit. In Australia. Dairy farmers are getting the same price for their milk as they were in the mid 80's
These are the kinds of people that make or break a nation. Great to see!
This is awesome. Huge win!
Farmers invented co-op's a hundred years ago for this reason.
This was the reason farmers formed their own co-op's a hundred years ago.. I guess most people forgot.
It’s almost as if all of this is meant to light the proverbial fire under our collective asses…
I read this the other day. Think it was on telegram. If you're not on telegram, you should be. I know it's another damn SM BS honeypot but there is a lot of information there. It's kind of like Twitter used to be.
Never been on either and my husband just read yesterday that Facecommie is changing their name
To Faceplant, no?
Wish I could high five ya
To FaceCrook? Kek
FaceMask? Or AssBook . . .
It was something like Metaversa I think. Supposedly going to start changing in just over a week
To help get rid of bad image from all the censorship they’ve done
Amen to this. Telegram and GAwin are my go-to's.
I SOOOOO freaking love this!!!! Can't upvote enough. I suppose if I were a Democrat I could upvote this multiple times 🤣
Or if you were dead.
Thus is what needs to happen in every aspect of our lives! We need to cut the legs off the big corporations and take care of ourselves.
I use a local butcher. He gets the the 1/2 steer or whatever it's called and cuts it up himself. If I didn't have a local guy I'd do my best to support c these guys. Enough of the CCP owned and manged supplies.
This would be the ultimate scenario. Not only open a processing plant, but also help develop a network of butcher shops to bypass the supermarkets as well.
As long as they are careful not to hire people that have a vendetta against Americans this could be the kick in the ass that is needed.
This is what everyone who has a farm/ homestead or any self sufficient skill needs to form coops to do across our country
Necessity is the mother of invention. May this spread like wild fires throughout the nation. May God bless all who try.
This is the kind of thing Americans have always done when faced with unfair situations. It's just wonderful to read this is happening.
I've been buying direct from a local farm and it's the best meat I've ever had. (They do mail orders now, if anyone wants info let me know.) I also get country hams (also doing mail order) from a regional, small company that uses a grandfather's ham curing recipe and local butchers who source their meat from local farms. I pick up some things from the grocery only when I can't get to the butcher or the farm pickup.
I started doing this long before prices went crazy because I was tired of beef with no flavor, chicken with weird stripes in the meat that cooked up tough.
There is a company near here that did something like this for farmers to sell their fruits and vegetables to groceries. Two local chains have sections for local produce from them. But I hate the fact that the company itself is a bunch of liberal asshoes.
Bring the power out of the CCP controlled multinational corporations and put it back in the hands of the normal, hardworking Americans. This is how we start. KEEP IT UP PATRIOTS. WWG1WGA
We need laws that prevent foreign companies operating in supply chains for US key infrastructure.
And from owning American companies.
America First!
May God bless these farmers with abundance and prosperity.
I'm starting g a manufacturing company.
Chyna all done making chit.
How do we buy from them?
This is so awesome. America for the home run.
