I work in supply chain and do a lot of traveling for work. The companies I work with just assume that I'm fully vaxxed for some reason and I don't bother saying anything about it.
Today I was at a company that manages supplies for about 25% of hospitals in the US. I was having a conversation with the VP of Marketing for the company and she told me with major delight that they were going to be firing the anti-vaxxers a week from tomorrow. I asked her what percentage of the company that made up, and she said it was around 3% of employees - they employ several hundred thousand people nationwide.
I asked if they had a plan to replace that many people, it was thousands, and she said they have been quietly accepting applications and interviewing people and will be up and running with new hires within about 15 days.
I was kind of shocked by this, she said they'd been given names of people suspected of not being vaxxed weeks ago and were prepared. She said they've also been surveying employees and claim that the majority of them are more than happy that people will be getting cut.
I'm sure the surveying part is a total lie, you'd be clueing in those getting let go. But either way, I thought I'd share what I learned. I also emailed PV to see what they say.
They don't know the true numbers and even then they will not be ready when the vaxxed have multiple sick days.
Like I have been stating from the start it is a waiting game to see who blinks first.
Well, she was telling me they already have their names because they had to submit proof last week, the 3% are the ones who didn't submit proof. So, I do think she has the right number.
Agree. I would bet the 3% is in her department. I work in marketing and 3% would seem on par for my department as well if I were to venture a guess.
😂😂
😂 No guessing necessary.
I only meet with her because she's the has been the acting CMO for the last year and oversees Marketing, Digital Acq, Paid Media, Integrated Sales, and Content - she is over about 150 people or so. But, she's currently senior leadership until they hire a new CMO so I'm not shocked she has the info at all, I'm more shocked they haven't hired a new CMO in a year because she's pretty awful.
When I had an executive dinner it was her, the head of HR, the CEO, the CFO, and the CTO - she's definitely in the know.
They haven’t replaced her because she’s doing 2 jobs for less than half pay.
100%
This is sick, and that VP is an abomination.
Souless demon.
When they cut us vaxed, we will have a lot of time on our hands. The wrath of the patient man/woman who just wanted to be left alone .......
My huge concern is how there has been a plan all along to replace so many people. I was shocked by that part - I know my company didn't even look into that. I know with such a flooded labor market it would be easy to replace people with someone lesser in a second.
Hell, I had an open role last month and got 1200 applications - and about 10% of the people boldly listed they were vaxxed on their resume!
Add a zero to that 3 (30%) at a minimum. Her estimate is not even close.
I'm all for it. It's time for the whole diseased temple to collapse so we can get on with something new and truthful.
Let'd do it!
At my work place, which is about 5000 people, we had 73 people refuse (including me) to show evidence. Our work around is that they must get tested once a week and share those results in a google form - essentially we just log in and click Negative every monday and that's all there is to it - none of us have any plan to get tested. The big boss, who I've known for 25 years, is on that list of 73, so it's an easy win.
If this was a modern day Robin Hood episode on television that VP would already have an arrow through her black heart.
who is PV?
Project Veritas.
oic thanks
Honestly 3% seems low, actually it is scary.
Hopefully the lady has her numbers wrong. I wonder if she hired a 3rd party to analyze social media or something to that effect? Maybe this is one of the early indicators of how they planned to use social credit scores?
OP thanks for sharing the info regardless. I always appreciate this sort of morning coffee info.
No, this was after a bunch of emails were sent around asking flat out to provide evidence by a certain date, the 3% were the people that didn't provide evidence.
I was shocked it was so low, it's a large midwest town.
I'd say their entire venture is in jeopardy.
The Vax is the equivalent of NOT getting on the ARK
So, do you think their plan is to kill all their loyal followers and leave behind a heavily armed faction that is completely opposed to them?
This is absolutely the case. I heard from a friend who runs a bunch of franchise clinics that most of the nurses refused at first and then on second warning when they said the company was serious, like 90% of the nurses caved and got the vax. I was absolutely shocked to hear that because I see so many people saying otherwise online.
These are all great question. My biggest fear is that deep down most of us are unprepared for not making money for more than a few weeks and we have bills to pay. If you just lose one job, no big deal, but not being able to work? Most people who just don't like the idea will get the vaxx and the gov't knows that.
Are you going to tell anybody that works there? Do you care enough about this information to share with them not just us?
You could make flyers, and pay a homeless person to put them on all the cars in the parking lot.
I personally know a few people that work there, all are vaxxed and 100% fine with it.
cvx waiting on what osha says. High level insider.
OP, did you get an email asking for your status? Did they actually survey everyone?
The reason I'm asking is because you started off by saying they assume you're vaxxed.
I don't work for the same company as she does.
They can replace my body at work but not my skill set. I take those with me. I know my worth and will move on to greener pastures.
Yes that's true, but I'm the person who does all the hiring for my part of the company, I typically hire 50-75 people a month and I have never had someone under me that wasn't replaceable in two weeks. Sure, you'll miss them and they may have a bit more experience, but a new body will take over and you have a chance that they may be even better. If they're worse, you try again. My company is setup so that if any one person fails or leaves, we don't lose money struggling to replace them - everything has backup plans.
For all of the people in my department, I know off the top of my head if one of them leaves, how we can all help out to right the ship. I know for a fact I can do everyone's job because I train them, and if we lose someone, I help out in their seat as needed. If your company doesn't have that, they aren't a good team.
I agree, pass the buck to Biden and it just gives them more fuel to put him out to pasture and bring in CommieLala
