Clif forecasts. I have heard him say it’s hard to pin point days. Besides things have happened in the range he stated. One of the big things is the media lying (covering up for China) about Evergrande making it’s payments.
Yep. I hope he addresses this.
Agreed. I thought about this a lot while waiting this week to see if his prediction came true. He has seemed so confident and not sales-ish (“let’s talk about your health”) that I’ve found him fascinating. The jury was still out for me… still is… but I do hope he addresses it. I suppose the kid vax approval could end up being a turning point though he seemed to say all would burst this pst week.
If you're taking that much vitamin D (as I already do), it's essential to take magnesium (I take 300mg 2x daily) and vitamin K2 (I take 200µg daily).
Borax is also a good idea. It's 6 x less toxic than table salt but you only need a trace amount daily.
Today was his best video in the past few weeks. Definitely worth a listen
Yeah, he also believes a lot of BS like "planets don't orbit the sun but follow it in a cone" and thinks the clotshot is a 100% death sentence for which there is very little evidence. He comes across as a conspiracy theorist with too loose of a filter who believes anything and everything that's not mainstream science, kind of like flat earthers.
For anyone familiar with Myers-Briggs personality types, he's an ISTP who often believe they're intellectuals without actually measuring up. The mall ninja type. I was hoping his predictive linguistics would be accurate but that seems very hit and miss too. I do think he's right about what's happening in general though.
Clif' s algorithms predicted some stock market movement and 9/11. That's how he got on Art Bell's show in 2004. But I can see what you're saying about the ISTP. Some things he says are eye rollers. But I keep it in my "conspiracy and clean" rotation of shows.
I love this, but it would be SO much better with references.
Well I can't help you there. I just copied it from his twitter page.
Wasn't thinking. Still good to see lists like that posted; we all have friends and family who've been vaxxed, I expect.
The Chaga is good. Actually, the Chinese were using Chaga early on. It is used in Chinese medicine and during the breakout, even though they were elderly, users of Chaga survived whatever the hell was released there with minimal symptoms. The Chinese have actually done several studies on Chaga. They are less intimidated about studying alternative methods as part of their medical system unlike the US. I picked up on Chaga back in the beginning of 2020 and have been using it ever since. I also use Cordyceps - it helps with blood oxygenation and protects the kidneys. It is the only supplement I am aware of that can help with kidney damage. Something anyone that was exposed to Remdesivir or Gentamicin should consider using.
I would also add to the list Zeolite. It helps to bind to the graphene oxide as well as heavy metals. In addition it is used to bind to to aluminum. Orthosilicic acid ch-OSA is also good for removing aluminum. Charcoal, bentonite clay, glucomannan fiber, and apple pectin are also useful to bind to toxins in the digestive tract. I have used apple pectin as part of a mercury detox protocol for patients.
Detoxification is crucial and the body needs to be protected and supported while going though the detox process. Burbur is good for helping to mitigate some of the adverse effects felt by detoxing. Go easy. People not used to eliminating a lifetime of toxins can get sick when trying to remove them. If that happens, back off and find a tolerable level until the effects subside.
What C60 ?

Bucky balls!
Thanks for posting. 👍
Good to know thanks for posting.
He's right about the protocol, but find your Zinc at a local, small natural health store. Screw Bezos.
Who is this guy? Why should I trust him?
The vitamin D propaganda is starting to look like a psyop to be honest. If everyone says it's a miracle cure for all ills, it's probably poison, lol. For me it only acts as a stimulant, resulting in agitation, anger and bad sleep like on caffeine, and I live near the Arctic.
I first paid attention to Vitamin D 18-20 years ago. I can’t recall the presenter, but he compared Vit D to the iron rods in a nuclear reactor. I don’t know if you’re old enough to remember the videos shown in the 60s& 70s of a room filled with ping pong balls on mouse traps. Another ball is tossed in the room and it explodes a moment or so later with all the balls flying all over—that’s how a nuclear explosion was explained. The room was reloaded, this time with panels that represented the iron rods in a reactor, and this time the “explosion” was controlled. So D3 is like the rods to prevent the cytokine storm and allows the immune system to react in a controlled manner.
You are probably missing a cofactor. Supplementation can be a very tricky world to navigate. Get a Vit D test to see where you're at first. Clif recommends this, and you can mail order one and send it in. Vit K helps the D absorb. We use the Michaels brand because it has both.
Actually, magnesium and fat help the vitamin D3 absorbtion. Vitamin K2 helps the D3 to move calcium from your blood vessels to your bones (where it belongs), thus working against both atherosclerosis and osteoporosis.
D3 is involved in so many processes. A big reaction may indicate something else is imbalanced. Magnesium would be the first suspect. It's the calming supplement. One of my kid D's had the calcium shell pattern in their hair test. I think they've been helped with the D3/K2 sup. Vit D, E, A, and K are all the fat vitamins you want to take with food and be careful not to overdo.
