NOBODY should "volunteer" to replace people that were fired for refusing the vax.
Let NYC stew in it's own broth they made. The vax laws will only change when they've been forced to live with results of their own mistake.
Yeah a religious organization begged for volunteer help b/c they FIRED their workers who did not get the vax!!!
How does a religious organization just FIRE ppl and take away their livelihoods?? That goes against doctrine for treatment of workers.
And then beg for VOLUNTEERS to take their place?!? They even asked ppl to prepare food at home in their own kitchens and bring it in. Come in and mow the grass etc. Sounds like they fired a bunch of manual laborers. SHEESH!!!!!

So, from a legal perspective could a citizen of NYC sue the city if fire causes damage or death (emts)?
People don't know or forget but our courts have consistently ruled over the years that nothing compels government to come to your aid.
Sure you can sue, but you cannot win, there is no authority or contract compelling them to help you.

Don’t be fooled, they are not begging for anything. This is just a ploy to make the patriot FDNY look like selfish people deflecting blame away from them.
