I took out fluff and details but this the gist of one I know has worked: Being a Christian with beliefs based firmly in the Bible, I find this vaccine to be out of line with my sincerely held faith. After much prayer, I am sure God has showed me the answer to this directive.
Being a nurse is really helping to do the Lord’s work. When I learned that each of these injections has either used aborted fetal cells lines in the development of the shot or used aborted fetal cell lines in testing for efficacy, I was deeply saddened both as a nurse and a Christian. In my faith, we are taught Exodus very early on. Exodus 20:13 “Thou Shalt Not Kill.” Abortion is murder in my eyes. God is specific in his despise of those who do harm to the innocent. Matthew 18:6 “But whosoever shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.” To participate in this injection would make me complicit with abortion. As a Christian this is a sin. I will do nothing to violate my conscience or jeopardize my relationship with God.
Every day is rewarding. It is my faith in my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ that gives me the grace I need to do this incredible work. I trust in His promises above all others. Psalm 91:9-10 “If you say, ‘The Lord is my refuge,’ and you make the Most High your dwelling, no harm will overtake you, no disaster will come near your tent.”
I understand that my religious rights, religious beliefs, and my right to privacy are guaranteed and protected by the First Amendment of the United States Constitution, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and Section 3, Article VIII of the Ohio Bill of Rights.
I appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Depends on your goal. Submit and get the exemption. Or submit and take the action to court.
Faith and beliefs cannot be challenged, all facts can be. Leave out the facts and force them to say no to faith alone.
I know it seems counter intuitive. But if you talk about Vax ingredients, evidence of vax side effects, or any other fact based ideology. They can contest it, so to speak.
They cannot contest your beliefs or your faith, or your religious beliefs. Stick to that. Prayer, we are made in Gods image, faith that God will heal all, risking your eternal soul by putting faith in man not God. These are what you want to focus on.
My religious exemption was accepted. A few things:
First, invoke your rights under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the First Amendment of the US Constitution. Do not ASK them to grant you an exemption, TELL them that they have to under the law. This was my very first sentence in my religious exemption. "Pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 in conjunction with the First Amendment rights afforded to US Citizens in the constitution, I am formally asserting my right to a religious exemption from the [Company Name Here] COVID-19 vaccination policy."
Second, no matter what, do not tell your company that you belong to any organized, formal religion. Almost every formal religion are a bunch of new world order globalists who have cucked to the system and said that they don't have any opposition to vaccines. INSTEAD, tell them that you don't belong to any formal organized religion and that these are your sincerely held personal religious convictions.
Third, don't oppose ONLY the COVID vaccine. Instead, tell them you oppose ALL vaccines because your body is the Temple of God, and that God does not allow us to inject ourselves with unclean material.
To try and trip you up, your company will come back and ask you, "When did you begin to hold these religious convictions?" I knew where they were going with this and what their next question would be so I told them that they started after the date of the last vaccine I had taken. Their next question WILL be, "When was the date of your last vaccination?"
These companies will put all kinds of traps in front of you, so think very carefully before answering any follow up questions and how they might be trying to trap you into denying your religious assertion.
Fourth DO NOT copy and paste any quotes you find. They are using trackers out there to determine if you personally wrote your own letter, or if you copied someone else's. I shit you not, I've seen these trackers. They can paste a whole letter into them, and a few minutes later they will get a "percentage plagiarized" report back that tells them if you used any specific quotes. If your letter isn't written in your own language, then it will be rejected for not being a "personal conviction".
Fifth, I followed this form letter almost exactly to write my letter, except I thought about it carefully and wrote it all in my own words:
You said you know where they were going with the question when did you start to believe this...what would that be? I am born again 2019 after a Holy Spirit conversion. Prior I've always considered myself having faith on Jesus but I was following Catholic lies. The Holy Spirit showed me my error. I'd rather not say any of that or when my faith started.
Prior to 2019 I did not take any flu vaccines even being a nurse. But I did take a flu that year and deeply regretted it as I got very sick after. I've been in near perfect health since with not even a cold supplementing with natural things like D3 C zinc etc.. again rather leave that out bc they can attack "what I put in my body"
My letter not yet asked for cites about 10 scripture vs but the gist is it's between me and the Holy Spirit. I'm questioning if that's good or bad now
Yeah, don't tell them any of that stuff about coming to believe that Catholicism is a bunch of lies. I mean, it's true, but not what they want to hear.
So what I would say to them is that your religious conversion started soon after your last vaccination. Don't tell them about your bad reaction either. In fact, don't mention anything about the vaccination. In your letter, don't mention the date of your conversion at all. Just keep a year and month in mind to give them as a follow up question.
Mention purely your religious convictions against putting things into your body that weren't mean to be there when God created you.
Also, I wouldn't say it's between you and the Holy Spirit, but between you and God. The "holy spirit" ties you down to a subset of religious beliefs, which you do not want to give to your employer. Don't use any language at all that would indicate you belong, or did belong in the past, to a specific religious group, or they will use that group's stance on the vaccine to deny your exemption.
Thank you so much for this. I can follow most of this but not deny the Holy Spirit. I've been watching the Peggy Hall series. She also recommends notifying employer of invoking my title VII rights even tho the EEOC says it doesn't need to be there.
She said def dont say it's personal belief bc personal isn't protected but I have a right to have a guidance from the Holy Spirit that can oppose my church. I was going to cite Rom 12:2 not conforming to the world but taking captive every thought so I can test and approve through the Holy Spirit. That is actually what all 3 churches that I get sermons from encourage, take their words and test it against scripture. The Bible is my authority God's living word. And the Holy Spirit is def all through out. Beyond that I'll consider it harassment.
I love my job but then again likely shouldn't. The heathcare system is corrupt and maybe this is a way out. Regardless God not man is provider. That has been proven over and over this past year. But I truly thank you for your response as I was beside myself last night. Better today.
Then you need to download MalwareBytes and scan your computer for viruses.
I've clicked that link 20 times while spending a week writing my exemption, and I just clicked it again right this minute and it opened just fine. There's literally nothing wrong with this link.
13 For You formed my inward parts;
You [f]covered me in my mother’s womb.
14 I will praise You, for [g]I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
Marvelous are Your works,
And that my soul knows very well.
15 My [h]frame was not hidden from You,
When I was made in secret,
And skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.
16 Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed.
And in Your book they all were written,
The days fashioned for me,
When as yet there were none of them.
17 How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God!
How great is the sum of them!
18 If I should count them, they would be more in number than the sand;
When I awake, I am still with You.
Do you not know that you are a temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? If anyone destroys the temple of God, God will destroy that person; for the temple of God is holy, and that is what you are.
1 Corinthians 3:16-17
Ephesians 1: 3-13
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, 4 just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, 5 having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, 6 to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He [a]made us accepted in the Beloved.
7 In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace 8 which He made to abound toward us in all wisdom and [b]prudence, 9 having made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure which He purposed in Himself, 10 that in the dispensation of the fullness of the times He might gather together in one all things in Christ, [c]both which are in heaven and which are on earth—in Him. 11 In Him also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His will, 12 that we who first trusted in Christ should be to the praise of His glory.
13 In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, 14 who[d] is the [e]guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory.
Constitutionally you are covered, but you'll find these corporations are Atheist, Satanist and Cultist and are politically motivated which is complete discrimination against your Religious views and beliefs!
The following is my sincerely held religious belief: According to the Catechism 1787 Man is sometimes confronted by situations that make moral judgments less assured and decisions difficult. But he must always seriously seek what is right and good and discern the will of God expressed in divine law.
According to Catechism 1783: Conscience must be informed and moral judgment enlightened. A well-formed conscience is upright and truthful. It formulates its judgments according to reason, in conformity with the true good willed by the wisdom of the Creator. The education of conscience is indispensable for human beings who are subjected to negative influences and tempted by sin to prefer their own judgment and to reject authoritative teachings.
Each of these vaccines is directly or indirectly associated with Aborted Fetal Cells. This goes against every fiber of my being.
1789: One may never do evil so that good may result from it.
Therefore as a Christian, after much contemplation and spiritual meditation, I find that taking these vaccines is in contradiction to what my God has spoken to me. and to go against what he has set upon my heart would condemn me to hell.
1790: A human being must always obey the certain judgment of his conscience. If he were deliberately to act against it, he would condemn himself.
Furthermore, I understand that this company has obligations and regulations that they have deemed mandatory and important but I can not go against the words of my God placed upon my heart in order to appease the laws and regulations of man or of business. I would sacrifice my life, well-being, health, or occupation for my God than go against him.
Someone else here used the strategy that your body is a temple of God. They got the exemption on the first try. It was posted sometime yesterday with the full wording.
I have a problem participating in any of this. First they are requiring you to ask permission to be religious - no, I INVOKE my rights, not ask permission.
Then the faceless bureaucrats are essentially defining a religion that you must conform to and if you are not 'religious enough' in their minds they reject the religious exemption. The questionaire clearly violates the first amendment and a myriad of employment laws.
I'm expecting to have a lot of time on my hands shortly.
Dear Brother or Sister in Christ:
Thank you for reaching out! Please find below links to documents needed. The first is my signed and notarized affidavit. In addition, there are two affidavits: one for an Individual and one for Families. These affidavits must be signed by you in front of a notary. Notaries can be found in most banks, or you can find one by entering your location on: https://www.notaryrotary.com/agent/find_a_notary.asp The original notarized document should be kept in a safe place.
You will need to attach my affidavit to a copy of the affidavit you signed when being turned in to the institution requiring the paperwork. On forms that ask the question for you to explain your beliefs, the answer is “See Attached Affidavits.”
My affidavit is valid in all 50 states.
Please contact me with any questions.
May God keep and guide you!
God Bless!

Happy to help brother

Here’s another angle:
The Bible tells you the Holy Spirit affects your conscience, and you must come to God with a clear conscience when it is time to be judged.
If your conscience tells you not to take the vaccine you are ignoring Gods will and vacating your place in Heaven.
Nobody can argue against what you say your conscience is telling you.
Yep, that works too. Try to use in-arguable points as much as possible.
You said you know where they were going with the question when did you start to believe this...what would that be? I am born again 2019 after a Holy Spirit conversion.
