The cops weren't doing anything. They were doing nothing to stop anybody from burning and looting, and certainly would not have lifted a finger to help Kyle. That is a ridiculous argument.
It's like that scene from "Black Panther" when his sister demonstrates the nanosuit: "hold on bad guys, just let me put on my helmet before you start shooting."
It sounded to me like he was trying get Kyle to say something like "well the cops weren't doing anything about it". That would have triggered the pre-meditation he was looking for. Kyle didn't take the bait.
I hate how he kept trying to get Kyle to 'admit' that it was unreasonable to bring his gun. The whole point of having a gun is to have it IN CASE you need it as this is always better than needing it and not having it.
When he kept saying, over and over, Normally you would call 911, right? my response would have been yeah, but when there are active riots going on that is not a 'normal time'.
And I would have brought up the SCOTUS decision that says cops have zero obligation to protect the individual.
Prosecutor looks like an idiot - robot maybe? And I think when you’re on the ground and a guy is pointing a gun at your head and says, “F*** you” to your face, you’re not going to be feeling like calling 9-1-1 is gonna be much help. It’s not like there weren’t already cops there. What’s a 9-1-1 dispatcher going to do, tell the guy to put away the gun and say “Sorry”?
Most of the soros-backed DA's and ADA's look like the soulless shells that they are. Like books used for staging a bookcase, they're pretty on the outside but there's nothing in them.
When seconds count, cops are only minutes away.
Now arguing over sarcasm. Calling it a 'lie'. KeK!
Kek
and not legally obligated to endanger themselves for your defense. (nor should they be imo)

Police are a reactionary force not a defense. So either this guy is stupid or trying to play people for stupid

Wonder how many calls 911 got that night?
Yes call 911 during a riot. To your point though the probably have that record.
The cops were already there. Ask the cops why they weren’t doing shit
