my understanding was the first shots were the ones to his hand and arm, since he was reaching for the weapon that made sense to me. The shot to the head looks like a graze, that got deep but bounced off this lib's ultra dense skull, am I missing something? did he bleed to death from the arm and leg shot?

Well I got out of the states in August 2019 and moved my family to South Korea where my wife is from... it's chill over here outside of the COVID craziness. But not saying it couldn't turn into a think where I'm hated here just because I'm a white dude...
