Because the vaccine destroys the sheep's immune systems. It gives them 2-4 months of slight protection in return for VEI (vaccine enhanced infection, sort of like vaccine induced AIDS) for the rest of their lives.
Because the vaccinated are gettin sick from impaired immune systems and the vax efficacy is down to 3 months, which means it probably is less than that. I hope people who took the shot wake up and realize the booster is just as useless in preventing illness, but instead will impair them further.

Answer: They're constantly lying about the vaxx rate to make pure bloods feel like the minority. I wouldn't be surprised if the actual figure was under 50% and they're just using the optical illusion to make it seem more prevalent via MSM and censorship techniques.
