Damn! Now how do we make this happen in other states?
World !
amen
The judge ruled unelected officials cannot make laws but what is stopping a mayor from doing so? Here in Kansas City the health officials were advising the mayor but he had the final call in the end. I don't see how this ruling changes that.
The mayor is not the legislature (or local equivalent). Only legislatures can make laws. Brilliant judge! Now do election integrity.
Actually only God can make laws. Anyone who tries to make laws outside of God's law will only cause injustice to reign.
Recall Lucas. Terrible mayor.
We’ve tried )=
Oh I know. I’ve signed several recall petitions for him.

Yes. The constitution does not allow for thirty day violations.
I understand how this stops st Louis county executive from doing whatever he wants but I'm a little hazey in how this helps stop future mandates. If the previous Kansas City mask mandate was "done in accordance with the new state law", how does this stop the city council from doing another mandate?
Thank you for taking the time to explain this to me. After Kansas passed law regarding vaccine exemptions I was very happy this week and this just adds to the happiness!!
I think they're only blue outside of the cities by fraud. We were just in St. Louis county last week and went to a Sams. Almost everybody but us was masked. They stared at us.🙄
My man! Missouri bushwhackers are done playing D&D with the CDC.
Funny, I'm watching the local Springfield MO, news channel 10 and they have yet to say anything about this ruling. I wonder why?
So, now, can I go to walmart and tell the idiots at the front door who are passing out masks that they cannot do it since the mask mandate has been repealed?
Just take the mask and walk in, then throw it on a shelf or say no thank you. Our Walmart doesn't say shit anymore. They just welcome in our money.
Hot damn! This has really big implications as far as the regulatory state goes… and while it’s 100% correct and basically cuts off the deepstates left nut, that’s going to be a culture shock for the legislature that has abdicated its responsibilities and turns over lawmaking to executive agencies.
CA & NY will be last
and CO
Makes this Missouri resident very happy.
These are names I'm going to remember when it's time to reelect these two fellows.
Careful, there has been talk of China ties with the current republican leadership in MO, including GB Schmitt. Gov Parson has been milk toast as fuck when it comes to freedom and striking down any mandates. Greitens won as governor before being railroaded out of office due to some cheating/extramarital S&M weirdness that popped up out of nowhere. Conveniently Parson was installed then won re-election with the next election.
I am not sure who to trust. Nobody really seems trustworthy at the moment.
That is quite odd. I think some of China’s puppets have done a disastrous job of not outing themselves as such (Kemp/Georgia) while others have been much better about it (Florida, Texas, SD). The latter usually seem to get it right but there are always a few head scratching decisions that out their true masters. I have no direct proof, just a gut feeling.
Ken Griffen (Citadel billionaire) is one of Desantis’ biggest supporters. Ken donates only to Rinos and hates Trump. Abbott can’t be trusted in my opinion. Lots of questions all around. Hopefully any bad actors are being forced into roles and all is under control at this point.
My only question is, what took so long? Anybody who understands the constitution and the three branches of government already knew this. Should have happened long ago, everywhere.
Awesome!
Proud of this Judge in my State! Finally a Judge with knowledge, compassion and knows the Constitution!
Can this precedent be used against other states / cities?
Liberal hellhole Denver (where I live) just brought mandates back as of 11/24 One day before thanksgiving.
Missouri born and raised! It’s been crazy experiencing the freedoms people in other states can’t/won’t.
Most in quebec are settled with the idea of wearing a mask for the rest of their lives. "Guess its the new normal !"
