All the medical crap. I LOATHE the medical industry, and it (along with the educational industry) is one of the few industries I hope go up in flames. Besides that, be nice to see my family members with Diabetes, Dementia, etc. get cured.
Antigrav craft will be cool, but the health technologies will probably be the ones that mean the most to society in the initial years.
I would go so far as to say that the main reason the commies unleashed the Covid family of pathogens and the pseudo-vaxes is that overunity technologies like LENR were getting very close to market, and they felt they could not allow that genie to escape.
I pray for a huge release of benevolent tech regarding health and well-being, to include mental illnesses, addictions, cancers, and boosting nutrition through proper growth of foods. This could be a game changer!
Looking at these other comments, I'm just like: What the fuck? How did the rest of you know?
As far as what I "look forward to," it's purely the social side that I care about. Not having to worry about my children being caught in the embrace of evil, ever again. That's what I look forward to more than anything.
I agree with all the commenters that medical treatments need to be changed so they help people instead of what they do now. Especially cancer treatments for children. Some big pharma needs some big jail time. Also keen for the hoverboard, Back To The Future style.
I think increased tech means increased methods for tracking and controlling the livestock.
As for medical, call me crazy but we need to just get over the fact our lifespan is finite. As for health, we need to deprogram from all the lies we've been taught. Stop vaccination of all types, eat truly healthy foods, grow our own gardens, and move away from mass produced foods.
Do you honestly think magical new flying cars, fancier phones, and teleportation will make you happier?
In answer to your question, another question. Do you think a shorter work week and far faster transportation to spend more time with loved ones would make people happier? Given the current system, of course not since everything would be gated behind massive pay walls. However, eliminate the greed, graft, and corruption from the majority of society and most everything that grinds you down on a daily basis pretty much evaporates allowing you to spend time on what's important instead of simply what's necessary. I don't think we get to the tech without a corresponding improvement in society so ... win-win?
In answer to your question, I'll give an answer: Yes, I think a shorter work week would be wonderful. I do not think faster transportation will make that a reality though. Rather, I think ending the silly gating system you mentioned and addressing the greed, graft, and corruption would do that splendidly. Keeping all those evils in place, no new tech would save anything. Getting rid of all those evils, no new tech is necessary to achieve a more ideal existence.
Personally, I think a future reality with current tech but free of the corruption and general makey-workey of the modern day would result in a work week about 30 hours long that most people would spread over their preferred work days. Some would do 4 days while others would do 5 days and a few would do 6 days.
Pfft with current tech there’s no need for more than a 1 or 2 days work a week. We only currently need that much because almost all the money generated is stolen by governments / banks etc. With millennia of tech, how could we possibly still need to work just as much as our ancient ancestors?

Cancer treatments, first and foremost.
And if there are treatments for TDS and other leftist syndromes, would be great.
Dr Max Gerson cured cancer in the 40s. If you catch disease early most of it can be cured with his methods.

Med beds if true. No more hospitals and doctors and an end to big pharma, and medical tyranny.
How do you know it's not true? This thread is about speculation.
Simon Parkes, for one.

Peaceful... Boring... Perfect.
I have a serious health issue that I pray will be corrected. So I look forward to the medical technology.
I hope you get it. Sounds like med beds will be able to cure many of the diseases and conditions people have been suffering from for a long time.
Cancer was cured a long time ago.
Low cost electricity.
Yes... Life freedom this is something worth fighting for!

God I hope med beds is real. My lower back could really use a tune up!
Charles Barkley answer.........hair
Hopefully not the real mark of the beast disguised as a tech release 😬
