I try to project a positive frequency when I’m out amongst society. Last week I had multiple people tell me to keep smiling as it made them smile (:
I never know what kind of day other people are having, I try to make my interactions positive and not negative.
Also..on the topic of smiling. Even if you’re having a shitty day, force yourself to smile even if you don’t want to. The muscle memory triggers brain to react and you do feel a little better even though nothing has changed. I heard it in some psych paper thought it was bs but when I went through some depressing times it really did have an impact. Enough to give me energy to change the ship around. Not in one day. But culmulatively in a positive direction little bit every day.
My desire is to be a mirror of Christ. He places within me the ability to show joy even when things aren’t going the way I want. I’m usually thinking about something very uplifting or another powerful memory that brings joy when I’m around those who live in negativity.

Considering that Nikola Tesla died in 1943, and it was in the 1942-1946 range that Robert Oppenheimer proposed the idea of Quantum Tunneling, while working on the Top Secret Manhattan Project, you are probably correct.
But, not for the reason that he disagreed.
There is a very short YouTube video, that briefly describes some of the paradoxes presented by Quantum Mechanics - it's quite brilliant, actually. It's a Quantum Analysis of the Double Slit experiment, by the BBC's Professor Quantum. It's a cartoon, that does an incredible job explaining the how/why and "wtf" is going on when we get into the sub-atomic realms. I think it will blow your mind. It's going to be about 3 minutes of your life.
Would love to see any of your favorite resources on Tesla info, any good starting points/books that you would recommend? Fascinating material, there’s just so much noise thrown around about him
For any beginners out there, the Headspace app was an AMAZING tool to learn the basic techniques of meditation. Would highly recommend to anyone having difficulty ‘being in the now’ while meditating.
