yeah, you look at all the golden ages throughout history, from Athens, Roman Republic, Renaissance, American and French Revolutions, Age of Discovery, etc they were all a time when government was most restrained and the people had the most freedom of movement, thought, freedom to buy and sell. For those in management positions (politicians etc.) yes. For those who are running the show, it is much deeper. They have planned for these events for the last 200+ years.
