The military accommodates an insane amount of things to appease the lawyers and politicians:
Sikhs can wear their turban in uniform
Vegans don't have to eat meat or dairy
Muslims get 5 prayers a day and halal food
Women get their own latrines, training standards, weight requirements etc. etc.
Religious exemption from combat (this has been in practice for over a century)
The list goes on. I'm not against all of these things, but the point is, vaccine refusal on religious beliefs should be accommodated alongside everything else. Assuming the worst, and someone dies from not having the vaccine, in the middle of combat, the same could be applied to everything else such as Muslim combatants getting shot while praying, vegans starving in combat... women! etc. etc.
The biggest thing I have a problem with out of all those is separate training standards.
If you are a woman in the military I want you to be as strong as the men, and just like the men who can't reach that bar you should be ejected or assigned to a job that you can perform.
Used to be that way. Used to not have different standards. Our military has definitely become worse off for that alone, not to mention a whole load of other things.
Just like firefighters... they used have to be able to carry someone out of harms way... to allow women in; they can now just drag you down the stairs....
If all women were built like trucks and could lift at minimum like 50-75 pounds in each arm with a compounded strength of 200+ full load on their shoulder, it's one thing (semi arbitrary numbers, not actually sure what fire fighters are supposed to have strength-wise, but most people are not a body builder doing 120+ per arm)
Unfortunately many women are scrawny and don't put in the effort to actually build the muscle required; A because estrogen makes it more difficult and testosterone makes it easier to build muscle, but also B they end up too concerned with their looks and think that having tank arms is unattractive despite the job calling for it, for their safety, their team's safety and the safety of anyone they're saving.
It's a shame. There are some really capable women out there for the physical work, but they are much rarer than they should be when people are trying to mass import them into all careers.
Oh yeah,,, there are totally women that can do the job, and men that cannot. The people need to fit the task, not lowering the standards to be "inclusive"
If you don't make the cut it's not a crime against you.... work on it and try again.
Sorry but when you are in the military, the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) takes over from Constitution. Hate it or not, it is how it goes. Defend the constitution that does not protect you. Something I hated when I was in.
My best friend works for the Social Security Administration and I just helped her write her religious exemption letter which she needs to turn in sometime this week.
Hoping for the best. She loses everything including her pension if she loses her job.
If she's a fed, she doesn't "lose" her pension. If she doesn't have age plus time-in-service for an immediate annuity, she can claim a deferred retirement. Just make sure when opm sends her a letter asking her if she wants to pull out her contributions that she doesn't. When she's ready to draw her annuity, file the application for it. Forms and FAQs are at opm.gov.
Coercing people to engage in medical experimentation is a crime against humanity. If only we had an actual justice system.
I guess we will see which judges understand constitution and which judges will be spending their remaining days in Gitmo
Judge may want to avoid Hot Tubs, nail guns and airplane flights - like, forever.....
Hot tub toaster party!
😆💨☕

The judge is setting the precedent of using the 1st amendment as the solution to forced vaccination. About time.
Finally a judge willing to step up and set a precedent for important issues.
Great news
A judge interested to uphold the Constitution.
How refreshing.
Oh and Fuck Joe Biden.
Let's go Brandon!

I know now but did not way back then
Well I don’t think there was much traction to fight back in years past. This might be the beginning.

Rochester Regional Heathcare has taken my kids pension, almost 20 years employees there.
NY has also denied them unemployment... saying they were fired for just cause for refusing the jab.
Imagine being so power hungry that you try to force a fake vaccine on some of America's heroes.
Based judge did not kill himself..
The whole reason for the VA was to track the shit that they injected into them.
For all who put their signature or gave an order to vax. You need to be hanged until you are dead. You already proved you can't think and are evil.
