Ive been having an insane mucous issue for over a month. Take all our fave vitamins but no matter what i eat, zinc makes me puke?? Any way around this? I want the ziiiiiinc!! Havent taken it in a couple weeks bc it always makes me puke. And i wait and dont take it with anything else.
Quercetin will enable the zinc to get into the cells where the virus is replicating and stop it from replicating. This should help with your cold. This is the opinion of based doctors.
I do the same regiment. However take a multi vitamin too. Also been taking a quercetin/zinc/copper combo pill. Zinc can impede on copper. If I’m feeling like something is trying to attack (sneezing, runny nose, etc.), I take extra vitamin C (a few times in an hour - body only absorbs so much), and additional vitamin D3. Sometime I take an additional zinc/quercetin in evening. Pine needle tea, curcumin, elderberry, black cumin seed/oil, etc., may be worth exploring too.
I am in the same boat, Dec 22 is when it all started. I went to a iv clinic yesterday and the wellness solution had added zinc. I now no longer have to carry a snot/spit bag around. I also recently began a saline, peroxide, and iodine sinus rinse twice a day.
Zinc is good. If you get a nebulizer and add colloidal zinc or silver in it, this will help. Maybe someone here has a protocol for doing this.
Also, taking colloidal minerals is important because lacking minerals, including trace minerals, will prevent Vitamins from being properly utilized by your cells.
I've been taking colloidal minerals and humic acid for years. Terrific stuff! Used to suffer from excruciating muscle cramps in my legs and feet, every morning for about an hour (for over 20 years). The minerals completely eliminate them, even if you have raging cramps at the time you take it. Complete relief within seconds. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
Well, good on you. Same here. Over 20 years I've taken them. I haven't done the humic acid though. I've read about it, just never gone there yet. Can you tell me about it and your experience? What's a good source?
I've already explained my experience, so here I'll just say that as long as I can afford them, I'll never be without colloidal minerals and humic acid. Best nutritional supplement I've ever tried (well, and moringa). I get mine at iherb dot com
Without minerals, the body cannot aborb vitamins, so the two go hand in hand.
Also take the NAC. It clears your lungs out.
Thanks for that link. NAC ia amazing.
They sell chaga mushroom powder.
I would love to see that info.
Also had never heard of phenibut, I will need to dig.
Thank you! Lots of good info there.
Thank you for the link the place I normally get it from is backordered forever
Zinc is amazing. NAC too. I also keep lugol's solution around.

I was just seeing they existed from the other link as well. Thanks!!
Ok thanks!! I pretty much need way too many carbs to survive so this could work.

Cool thanks!
When I take it before bed, I sleep through it.
Take it with food, and take small doses.

Every day Zinc 50mg D 10,000 iu C 3000mg Quercetin 1000mg
I've gotten by with about half of the D/C/Quercetin, not advocating just saying
Cool

Zinc is one half of the combo. You also need HcQ (Or Quercetin).
The HcQ/Quercetin opens the door of your cells, the zinc destroys the baddies inside.
What I'm saying, is you can get even more impact by adding HcQ or Quercetin.
Went by Walgreens to grab a bottle for a friend and, get this, they pulled Quercetin from their stock. No longer available there.
If I were a conspiracy theorist, I’d say they want to kill us. /s
Also, tonic water works like HCQ…but cheap and easy to get.
But don’t get San Pellegreno I hear its also made with graphene oxide
San pellegrino is not tonic water, it’s carbonated mineral water.
Tonic water has quinine in it.
Oh alright 👍🏻 Cool
Thank you for posting Fren. Been struggling with a cold and this info and the comments below your post are very useful.

It's crazy. I could actually feel myself getting better after taking a supplement of D, C & ZINC. When I had the coof
