Though for some reason even people on our side talk about how it could be used for pedos, as if you can stop those fucks like that.

I would rather parents be able to see in real time that everything going on is appropriate and have a slim chance that someone is being a fuck, than have children brainwashed so they become the sick fucks

And that's how the technology should be used! All this tech CAN make the world a better place, but it's all being leveraged primarily for Tyrannical fucking bullshit.

We need to take our power back!

Was just talking about using tech for the good like it should be, then this article. Great!

It should also be in EVERY Care Home, too much abuse going on in those facilities, where the frail and vulnerable oldies are.

Sick people always picking on those who cannot fight back.

Should be able to pull it up on their phones. It is the state that must be surveilled

People don't quite get the surveillance is a tool. If we have an open net surveillance system in the public square, that's fine. The school net should be restricted to parents only. Don't need weirdos exploiting it to plan kidnappings. Though arming teachers would deter that too.

Or people can go back to raising their own kids like we used to. Ideally every household should be sustained on one income while the other parent raises the children.

Restricted to parents would be the most sensible. I don't like the thought of the whole world watching.

Except the community boy/girl shower rooms (coming soon to a high school near you) is also a classroom. You can expect cameras there for your kids "protection".

I don't think this one is a bad idea. Mainly because at least teachers won't be able to fo on power trips. But could I be missing something? Like 8 think there are a lot of benefits to this.

Also a lot of highschools ran classes successfully one during quarantine so if it's utilized from that perspective of students have access to lectures if they miss class starting in 9th grade. But I also think I'm being too generous in thinking dumb kids Learn

It doesn't help that we equate knowledge with smarts. You can have all the degrees in the world and still be outwitted by someone with a GED. Our education needs MASSIVE overhauls starting with tailored learning beginning at age 12. More classes should be hands on and kids should learn at least two or three skill trades before becoming an "adult". And that's another thing, when does "adulthood" start? If you can't drink and smoke until 21, then it stands to reason you should be an adult at 21. OR, we START the road to adulthood at 12/13 giving them access to beer and wine within reasonable amounts and not allowing hard shit until 16-18. Europeans figured out that allowing youth to drink early breeds a more mature drinking culture in the long run. Whereas here in America it's frat parties and other pent up stupidity. No it's not perfect, obviously they still party down in Europe, but it's more contained and evolved so to speak.

Anyway, point being, our education is purpose driven to dumb down kids and to preoccupy the ones capable of advanced learning with more complex focuses to keep them distracted. We don't teach kids their rights in school and we often try to stoke the ones more prone to criminal activity into going into the private prison pipeline. This may sound like leftist bullshit and if your knee jerk reaction is to see it as such, well, you're wrong. The data is there to back it up:

Nope. It's the citizen surveying the state as it should be. Limited to those serving the state. We already do it with cops. Put a camera on the teacher. It downloads every second to secure server. Any complaints you just pull it up. If theybturn it off, an alarm sounds and the principle has to stop the class until it's fixed.

You make cops do it. These public servants are no better. They have the potential to violate our kids rights. And as licensed teachers of the state they agents of the princicipal and should be liable for the law they break in the classroom. Abuse of power under color of authority is one of them. Then ban all unions period as terrorist organizations.

seems like it would be a win but really contributes to the further ushering in of the ccp surveillance state. and once implemented, i guess that the multitude of parents doing jobs that they despise, where they can't take breaks unless they're a cigarette smoker, will feel they must babysit the teachers that are babysitting their children. brilliant.

i have never let schooling interfere with my education- Samuel Clemens

i think you are correct about education being the parents responsibility. here, here. but then you throw in that zinger about states having good intentions. the public school system is one of the most powerful tools that "the state" possesses. it has been a powerful tool of social control since teachers were whacking child scribes for their mistakes in Sumer. the school system's direction and curricula change according to the will of the current administration of leaders. the current leaders want ccp level surveillance and crypto currency because that is how china's ccp exerts such efficient control over such a large number of chattel cattle serf peasant deplorable citizens. the leaders of this moment think the fascistic surveillance state is the way to go. it's very sexy to them. and apparently, the convenience of cyber everything is so sexy to the harried masses that they think it's sexy, too.

Thanks. It was a little rough at first, but my kids are learning much more and retaining the information in 4 hours if school/day then the 7-8 hour days. I threatened to send them back to school when they were acting out and they started crying and begging not to go back. So yea, I'm very happy with my decision for our family. I wish others had the same opportunity bc these schools are not what they used to be.

Good idea, except they can't video the kids in the class unless every parent signs consent that their kids can be recorded/photographed. If they don't, and their kid walks up in front of the camera, they can sue.

The push back on this reminds me of the push back police officers had when body cams started becoming a thing. A lot of crying about privacy, but now they vindicate the good cops more than exposing the bad ones and no one seems to have a problem with them anymore, imo.

This is disgusting. Get your kids out of public school instead of cheerleading for a nanny state. You are just as bad of a "big brother" as the government if you have to record your kids every day. They are humans who need a sense of privacy and self like anyone else.

I am 100% behind this! Let’s gooo! Accountability needs to be in place. Unfortunate it has to be so intrusive but, it will reward the teachers who care and do great things. For those who don’t, no more naughty behavior out of sight.
