It is the ultimate social conditioning for murderers, and in my opinion the lack of its use in recent years has led to a massive increase in those murdering innocent people. Watching a POS get his neck stretched, head removed, or a bullet put through him did have a positive effect on those would be killers in the crowd.

I am torn when it comes to decisions like this. Do we show mercy or do we meet out punishment. Quick painless death is merciful. It gets the job done. It allows God's judgement to proceed. Do we need to punish before hand? Do.the victims need this for closure? Do we need.it for justice or to teach a lesson to any would be wrong doers?
