We need to start making the distinction between sin and evil. They are not always the same in that an act of sin is not always an act of evil and the difference is VERY important when you examine closely the fact that Jesus died for our SINS and not evil.
There is never a justification for sin, but there is forgiveness... forgiveness for evil? Well... likely case by case.

She could've done microdosing of testosterone and still pass olympic testing. Over a certain amount of testosterone in a body, the doping governing body gets alerted. Most athletes who have a team behind them, regularly have blood tests to see where their levels are. If it's low, they just microdose to keep it within levels where they wouldn't be suspected of doping. This is the least invasive, and least suspicious way.
The other method is designer drugs to escape testing. They were plenty of them back in 1995.
I don't know. Plenty of athletes were doing the same techniques back in 1995, going further back to the 1960-1970s when there were was an arms race in the doping industry.
