If any of y'all are ever in Central Florida, specifically Volusia County, head over to DeBary and visit The DeBary Diner. They're based AF, Patriots thru and thru, and have been leading the fight for restaurants in FL since the beginning of this mess.
Gotta love seed to table. Went there yesterday. It was great. And calling it a restaurant is an understatement. It has a butcher, waiter service, 2 bars, wine section, coffee bar, smoothie bar, daycare, full grocery store and live music everyday.
I love that place, I have been shopping there since it opened, with no fkn mask!
I see some dumbass democrats shopping there with their mask on and trying to shove samples thru their mask like a fkn idiot because they are so brainwashed they forget they have a mask on.
Definitely not fake. I live in Naples and it’s not a restaurant it’s a supermarket that also has a bar and food court called Seed to Table owned by Alfie Oakes. That sign is 100% real and the owner is an absolute mad lad patriot
HIPPA doesn’t prevent a business from asking you anything about your health. They can ask and you can not answer. This establishment isn’t a medical provider or insurance provider that are bound to HIPPA regulations. Your neighbor can ask you. They can even talk about your medical conditions behind your back to your other neighbors.
Technically correct, but if the customer is not required to answer, there's no way for the business to enforce the mandate because they can't investigate and validate medical exemptions - and it is not legal to refuse to serve (discriminate against) someone with a medical condition under the ADA.
The restaurant may have misstated some element of minutiae, but they got the core conclusion correct. The mandate is unenforceable, and it's damn sure not the restaurant's job to do the enforcing.
The restaurant is Seed to Table
Yes it is, from 2020.
Most excellent.

Yes. My daughter clarifies the market part and there are eating areas inside. They drove over from Ft. Lauderdale area for the music and food.
Cape coral here.
My daughter sent me this photo a few hours ago from the restaurant She was there and took a picture of the door.
Here is another picture from somebody else.

I REALLY wish we would stop getting that wrong.
Fuck is it embarrassing.
It's not really embarrassing, it's an understandable misconception.
Every comment you make on this site you're attempting to portray yourself as one of "us" before scolding "us".
You're not one of us.
That's a lot like the dick headed grammer police.
HIPAA NOT HIPPA.
Fukn embarrasing.

If you are going to get all technical, it's HIPAA, not HIPPA.
