It’s irrelevant whether variants are real or even if the initial SARS-CoV-2 ”virus” exists.
The fact of the matter is that pathogens including viruses and bacteria are beneficial—as they challenge our immune systems forcing us to evolve adaptations that thwart any encountered pathogens and all of their possible variants—if we maintain the following:
Regular high quality Stage IV REM sleep (the deep restorative phase of sleep during which dreams occur)
Low stress
Regular interval and/or weight training
Proper inputs: this includes everything that goes into our bodies via respiration including of beneficial particles in forest air while excluding pollution, absorption through skin, and digestion of properly raised animals and animal products like eggs and dairy but also a variety of raw or barely cooked fruits, nuts, vegetables, mushrooms, etc. and also includes regular fasting to induce autophagy which is a process where the body recycles it’s broken, toxic, and scar tissues, cells, organelles, etc.*
Proper vitamin D levels via direct skin contact with sun rays and/or supplementation and/or diet.
Being deficient in meeting just one of those health requirements for too long will not only affect your ability to maintain the others but will result in immunodeficiency which if left unchecked for too long will result in any number of chronic illnesses including cancers, coronavirus illnesses including flus/covids, other infections, etc.
If you generally maintain most of these health requirements even with frequent—not sustained/long-term—deficiencies, the work of divine evolutionary creation that is your body will handle anything that comes it’s way sans severe physical injuries including those resulting from harmful injections.
So chill the fuck out (avoiding the idiot box and antisocial media reap yuge benefits), eat well and fast often, avoid pollution, take a hike often, sleep well, catch some rays, and pump iron.
*Autophagy kicks in a after 16 hours of zero caloric input. This is easy to do if you do strict keto for a few days prior and then sleep off the first eight hours by starting your fast after dinner and not eating again until the next dinner. You’ll get almost 8 hours of autophagy this way in a 24 hour period. This should be done as often as tolerable. Personally, I try to do this at least once per week.
I really don't know. I got sicker than I ever have in Dec 2019. Trump acknowledges the China Virus. I'm just sitting here with my popcorn, trying to be patient, and trying not to lose my shit on maskholes and vaxholes. I hope we get some real truths real soon.
Good question. I can give you our personal experience.
Caught something November 2019, coming back from Bora Bora. Super sick for 6 weeks and lingered for 6 months.
October 2020, husband catches “coof” from a friend. We had gone traveling, just two couples. Husband rarely gets sick, and usually shrugs things off in 24 hours .. was sick for 3 weeks. I didn’t get it, despite being around him & the other couple. Husband still has antibodies year and a half later (has to give blood).
Kid 1 gets it from classmates February 2021 ... none of us got it.
September 2021, me and kid 2 got it. This one was bad for me. Worse than the original in 2019. Same virus? Who knows. Husband didn’t get it, despite being right next to me ... carrying me to the bathroom, etc.
I’m thinking that it’s probably different viruses circulating around. Some maybe are close enough to something you’ve had previously that you don’t get that specific one again. But, then along comes something else and you get that one.
I actually pretty well thought I was immune after the Nov 2019 round, since I didn’t catch anything else, but then the Sept 2021 knocked me on my rear.
I had the Wuflu December of 2019. I probably had it again September of 2020 (everyone around me had it) but it was just a bad sinus headache for 2 days. I did not get Omicron.
Nobody will have a definitive answer. Bad tests, confusing symptom sets, etc. Plus few people willingly subject themselves to random diseases to check, making control conditions difficult.
I got it. I recovered. Got it again later after a few months. Again after other people started vaxxing. Was it a new infection? Was it long haul? Was it a mutated variant? I have no idea. But I can say that the first time was very bad, and each repetition has been far more manageable.
According to Dr. Peter McCullough, the answer is definitively, yes! If you haven’t watched him on Joe Rogan’s podcast on Spotify - it’s free - then you are really missing out.
Depends. If you are vaxxed he answer is no because your immune system is gone. If you are unvaxxed then yes it will protect you against all other variants, you may get slightly sick but nothing big.
You're not going to because it's like asking if you've gotten the cold or flu and will never receive it again.
The technical answer is going up be yes, but it depends on what particular variety and bullshit figures they give you to identify what you got. BETTER TAKE A SHADY TEST TO FIGURE IT OUT!!
I have had COVID at least 2 or 3 times.
Dec 2020...sick wih all symptoms and surrounded by positive people. Negatve test but I never tested later in my sickness.
Feb 2021. ..coworker positive and I tested positive with mild cold symptoms.
May 2021 I had another positive test before medical trestment. No illness st all and my work told me to get back to work which I happily did.
I work with kids and adults. I cannot social distance. I threw my mask away. I bought lots of Ivermectin just in case.
Probably. I think a lot of the reports of the "catching covid twice" are because the PCR tests are so flawed and couldn't tell difference between flu and covid. Or because the vaccine prevents you from developing natural antibodies and/or causes an ADE response that allows you to catch it again.
It probably depends on how different it is from the one you got. Not to mention who really knows if the "variants" are real or just fairy tales?
That's what I'd like to know.. Are variants even real? I don't believe they are, but that's only a feeling.
It’s irrelevant whether variants are real or even if the initial SARS-CoV-2 ”virus” exists.

Now go and do the things, King.
I fast that long daily. I also eat as clean as I can but I don't obsess. I'm prettybhappynwith the results v
I regularly go 16 hours without eating but didn’t know about autophagy. Thanks for the info!
Is covid?

Covid is a psyop. Once you see that you are immune forever.
Yes.

Impossible to verify as there is no test for this "covid" thing you mention

The variants do not exist.
The virus claimed to cause Covid illness (SARS-CoV-2) does not exist.
So, it is irrelevant.

Yes.
About a year ago, studies started to come out that previous infection with MOST Corona-type virus creates immunity (known as cross-immunity).
So basically, we could have all gotten the common cold deliberately and we would have been immune against SARS-COV2 for the most part...
Of course, you will never hear this in the M5M.
I have had COVID at least 2 or 3 times.

Unless you are vax'd...you cannot have the same virus twice.
Probably. I think a lot of the reports of the "catching covid twice" are because the PCR tests are so flawed and couldn't tell difference between flu and covid. Or because the vaccine prevents you from developing natural antibodies and/or causes an ADE response that allows you to catch it again.
This. Oh and idiots...Covidiots to be exact.
You don't have a television? Did I win?
