Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars is a supposedly internal document from the CIA training.

Regardless of the provenance of the document, the content in it is absolutely explosive. It is a very meticulously written paper that shows how the economic system is exactly like a electronic circuit, and how the concepts from electronics can be used not just to understand the economic system but to control every aspect of it.

Everything that is expected from an ordinary weapon is expected from a silent weapon by its creators, but only in its own manner of functioning.

It shoots situations, instead of bullets; propelled by data processing, instead of chemical reaction (explosion); originating from bits of data, instead of grains of gunpowder; from a computer, instead of a gun; operated by a computer programmer, instead of a marksman; under the orders of a banking magnate, instead of a military general.

It makes no obvious explosive noises, causes no obvious physical or mental injuries, and does not obviously interfere with anyone's daily social life.

Yet it makes an unmistakable "noise," causes unmistakable physical and mental damage, and unmistakably interferes with the daily social life, i.e., unmistakable to a trained observer, one who knows what to look for.

The public cannot comprehend this weapon, and therefore cannot believe that they are being attacked and subdued by a weapon.

You need to read the Sundance article from today. He points out, and I think correctly that there never was going to be a Russian attack on Ukraine. This entire fake narrative is a stunt so Biden can claim that because of him, and his power a POTUS is why Russia never attacked.

I said from the start that Russia would NOT invade Ukraine. Everything Putin is doing is a game. It was getting the Dems and the DS's dicks hard thinking that they'll get the distraction they've been wanting. 24hrs ago they (MSM) were telling people that it' going to happen and it's going to be massive starting on the 16th. So what happens today? Russia is pulling back a bunch of it's assets but said "the exercise will continue". The DS and the Dems behind the scenes are furious that Russia is not going to full on invade the Ukraine. They see the distraction slipping away and the Durham light is getting brighter! Watch for the MSM praising the dementia patient over his strong leadership and stead fast negotiation to get Russia to start pulling back. They need to spin this to try (not going to work) make the dementia pant shitter look good.
