I don’t see how that would play out. Unless the cabal throws him under to bus. The cabal controls these banks so keep that in mind.
This could be an excuse to cover the possible bank run that Canadian citizens are doing. If you are living in Canada and are part of the protests or not, how could you feel comfortable with your money and life savings in the bank at this point. The public would panic and run to the banks. Going “offline” could cover the real reasons

On the the eve of a large scale economic crash complete with failing institutions and forced "bail ins" of customer deposits, this guy Trudeau triggered a mass run for the exit of the only real money.
Imagine a mass exodus of real deposits right before the big planned "bail in"? Maybe get a ground swell of, if every person who withdraws their money buys 1 oz of physical silver, we can get this party started right.
Banks leverage those deposits and they're some of the only real assets in the funny money shell game of a circle jerk of posting collatoral against interbank loans.
