So they're gonna hack the banking system and blame the Russians. How original.
Man so many Russians everyday
A little background,
I work as an information security analyst for a 5000+ employee bank (not one of the major banks like BoA or Chase, but still a sizeable one with many charters.)
If they're sending alerts like this out, they fully intend to collapse the financial network and blame it on Russia.
Better get cash out, get some gold, silver, and crypto. Move your crypto assets off of the exchanges and onto a cold wallet. May want to consider doing the same for your stocks.
Why does this memo reference the ":long holiday weekend"? Presidents Day?
Yes. Monday is a holiday.
Thanks for the heads up. I notice they are blaming the geopolitical situation that we know is hmmmm.
They are not mentioning that US Inc. has defaulted, and is now past the two-week grace period, which may be a better reason for a potential threat to the financial system.
Any recommendations for a crypto wallet? I’m assuming I don’t have time to buy a hardware wallet.
Ledger makes great wallets.
Just be sure to buy one directly from Ledger themselves. DO NOT use third parties like Amazon. They have been known to sell pre-owned Ledgers that enable others to drain your wallet.
Thank you.
Depending on where you're at, Amazon has a Ledger Nano for $60 with next day delivery.
Sorry for the A plug...
Get your money out and convert it to silver and gold.
I own a lot of physical silver already. I’m holding my crypto positions. Thanks for the advice though! I love silver.
How am I suppose to buy toilet paper with gold?
How you gonna buy toilet paper at a store that has no way of verifying your crypto if the power and/or internet go out?
Exactly.
That's what my rich cousin did. :)
Bidets available for $30 each and easy to install. I now have two and they're great. Simple, effective, get the job done.
By the ton
I personally am using a Ledger. You can also download a wallet from the web onto your computer.
lol thanks for the warning on a FRIDAY.
ATMs, for getting cash if you don't have any/much on hand, which you should. I mean, having a bar of gold is great and all, but it won't do much when you can't convert it to something negotiable in the short term.
While it will no doubt crash at some point. This is close to a datefag

Well, this is no good. Funds recoverable?
What do you suggest for someone with a sizable amount of cash?
Diversify. I'd probably recommend 20% Gold, 35% Silver, 20% Crypto, and 5% fiat on hand.
Thanks Amigo!
Laying the groundwork for a FF this weekend on the banking system.
