He didn't, Facebook did. See, you can't put a company in jail and that is why they did it that way. At most, the company will see a fine. He may go to jail, but it won't be for this.
Strangely enough... since Mr. Zuckerberg used not only his own money, but his own company to rig a U.S. election...

This is the larger problem. The SC has to sue to have a court-issued subpoena enforced. Fraud is institutionalized with a wink and a node when Democrats are running, and prosecuted when the candidates are Pubbies. However, the Wisconsin GA has wide latitude to accept and enforce these recommendation, or do next to nothing. Sadly, my bet is on the latter.
Elections are fast becoming irrelevant. That leaves one other option....
