The circumstances surrounding his death were strange to say the least. He had cancer but was fighting it okay, was admitted to Walter Reed, and died there. Pretty quick turnaround.

At this point in the game, knowing the level our psychopath leaders will go to change a narrative, cause an uprising, gain sympathy, money or popularity, start a war or riot...it wouldn’t surprise me AT ALL to learn someone like Xiden—with his lifelong corrupt political ambitions—did away with one of his own kids or had him shut up. He’s destroyed his remaining children. They are shells of human beings.
The death of his first wife was odd. Mixed stories about how/when he got with the current one, ...horror stories of incest in their family. He’s so out of control his own handlers couldn’t stop him FOR YEARS embarrassingly groping and skeeving out families in public...

When he was talking about vets coming down with cancers due to the toxic burning pits, he brought up son's brain cancer. I never heard from anyone that his cancer was due to toxic burning pit exposure, but suddenly he grabs attention from something that is really a serious issue for servicemen to focus on his own losses. This caused a commotion in the peanut gallery, so he shifts from a promise to cure burning pit cancers to a promise to cure all cancers. I think there are already many cancer cures. They just don't want anyone to have them. Not profitable, not deadly.
We can not allow xiden to take credit for ivermectin curing cancers.
Once Again, Joe wanted to use his son's death as a talking point, this time somberly saying the toxic burning pits did this. However, Nancy got downright giddy.....excited, even upon hearing this. So which message are they trying to convey? Are toxic burning pits a good or a bad thing. Nancy got so excited she had to get up from her chair.
