And if you looked closer at the map in OP’s upload, you’d see that the highlighted town is Shpyl’Chyna.
Which is why I expanded the search to other places in Ukraine that might have Chyna in the name, because Shpyl’Chyna is a small village with basically no information/landmarks/people in it.
Edit to add: there is a specific email to Hunter Biden from MetaBiota in Ukraine floating around 4chan. In a RS article, there is a specific lab mentioned that worked with DARPA and the Wuhan IV on “research.” I am trying to figure out if that company has any labs in Ukrainian towns/neighborhoods that end in -chyna. It’s practically impossible if you aren’t adding the -China modifier on Google right now to see anything related to these areas of Ukraine.

Not really a fan of this theory, seems like a huge stretch that he's referring to one of several places ending in "Chyna" in Ukraine, when there's other places ending in "Chyna" elsewhere and actually a place just called "Chyna" in Russia.
I also think it may be a stretch due to the pronunciation difference as well.
But the discovery that Ukraine, DARPA, and WIV were working together on certain projects is pretty massive imo.
