Nvm I don't think it means anything. "The entire class of the security has been redeemed or paid at maturity or retirement." And affects %0.250 of notes if I am reading that form right.
"The first date in the top right-hand corner is the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) form expiration date. All government forms include OMB dates. The OMB validity date changes periodically and an expired OMB date does not invalidate the I-94 record or form."

I imagine it is being removed because all of the shorters won't have to buy it back, and pocket all that money on the way down as well, after selling it off to all the suckers that bought the top and didn't get out. Criminal.
Man coming back to this, the search engine is really messed up today. Nothing is working which is unusual. It hasn't been this broke since November 2020. No search on any .win is working for me no matter what I type in.
The poor search makes it hard when you are trying tot to post duplicate stories. There have been too many duplicate posts recently and it makes the forum slide.

Woah!
Can't brush that under the carpet!
What is the stock market going to do tomorrow?
What will the MSM say about why Pfizer is being removed?
Looks like a false alarm. I have found a similar notification dated mar 2020
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/0000078003/000087666120000184/xslF25X02/primary_doc.xml
So maybe this is just something which gets filed from time to time.
Good catch
Why not? People use large rocks for landscaping.... MSM would treat a story like that as a new trend - decorative carpeted rock furniture.
J/K
sort of...
I noticed your false alarm - thanks for that.

It looks more like bonds or something that Pfizer issued that are due now, and this is getting delisted.
posting first and asking questions later xD I do the same thing most of the time, the important part is that you ask questions eventually haha
Removed based on this, thanks
I think this is very old news as the filing is expired. No sticky. Might want to check and delete if really old CC?
that's not how OMBs work.

That date is completely unrelated to the actual document.
Cool. Thanks for checking, and providing the extra sauce! ;)

It says “expires March 2018” in the top right.
Date is 2022-03-07
Good observation. Is this old news?
Not sure but I'm seeing date as 2022 on bottom
That's just the expiration for the OMB approval, it explains what this is for at the bottom in small text.

Hmmmm.
That means they paid their corporate debt. . .
Interesting... Getting ready for FED to raise interest rates I think.
Not sure what that document is, but the stock looks active:

It looks more like bonds or something that Pfizer issued that are due now, and this is getting delisted.
They filed to delist it's euro denominated note. Basically, Pfizer paid off their matured debt with interest and removed their notes from the NYSE.
Thank you, that makes much more sense.
If you search the "EDGAR" database for Pfizer filings you get this list
https://www.sec.gov/edgar/browse/?CIK=78003&owner=exclude

Tomorrow morning will be interesting ...
I imagine it is being removed because all of the shorters won't have to buy it back, and pocket all that money on the way down as well, after selling it off to all the suckers that bought the top and didn't get out. Criminal.
Looking back at the doc it's only 0.25% of the stocks, someone else on here mentioned it means they paid off their corporate debt.
Is this a good thing…or is it being removed to protect Pfizer from a stock sell off? March 2018?
It's only 0.25% of their stock, it's not as big of a deal as we thought.
Most legal documents don't have typos... especially at this level.
...I call fake.
Not fake, just not a big deal like we thought.

You'll notice on the doc, 17 CFR 240.12d2-2(a)(2) is checked off
https://www.law.cornell.edu/cfr/text/17/240.12d2-2
Also you'll see on the doc it only affect 0.25% of their stocks
Thanks mate.
*you’re
Friend messaged it to me, thought it was important to share
I can't see any other posts about this on GAW, but the search function is pretty crap.
Could be a lot better, probably what search for would be "Pfizer" or "SEC" if it pops up
Your search keyword has to exactly match up a string of characters in the titles of posts and it is ordered by Newest to Oldest posts.

It won't search for me at all today. Nothing pops up at all
I didn't get anything yesterday either when I searched for "pfizer" and "PFIZER"
Try searching anything now
He still thinks your dumb.
Thanks for posting, fren.
