Consider how long just a regular lawsuit takes. Hint if you've never gone to court: it takes years. Think of how long it takes to raise a kid. It takes two decades, and you have to get through the teen years, so the last part is the worst of it at times, lulz. Think of how long it takes pass a piece of legislation. This is like that. Honestly, the two in the middle are very vague to me. I don't see the resemblance to Durham. But, again, bad eyes. I'll take your word for it.
