Does anyone know what a preservation notice is?

I actually received a Preservation Notice a few years ago when I worked at a large university. There was a troubled employee in our department, somewhat on the schizophrenic side, and she had been sending bizarre and vaguely threatening emails to the chancellor of the university and to our department head. All of us in our department received the Preservation memo, as the administration was working up a legal case to fire her.
So we were told not to delete or alter any emails between us and this employee. I'm sure they were already collected by IT folks, but I think it was part of the legal activities to show how "proactive" the university was in "eliminating a threat."
She was just a sad, lost soul, rather harmless in my estimation, and a bit delusional, but they went to extraordinary lengths like putting locks on the doors of our building, providing escorts to anyone who wanted them before and after work.... typical bureaucratic overreach and paranoia. Last I heard she had moved way out west, New Mexico I think, and was heard of no more.
I pray she got the help she needed and that she is now having a wonderful life outside of the bureaucrats and paranoid people. I used to work at a mental health facility for a time, and mainly these people need a little love and understanding, and a promise that there is someone there who will help them. I do admit though; that there are those who tend to need medication and do go a little whacko at times; but not all are dangerous.
Yes, well I failed to mention that she was also under psychiatric care and on several medications to control her mental equilibrium. Her meds failed her from time to time, however. I too in my younger years had worked in a mental health facility for drug and alcohol abuse, and had seen many, many patients go through the system. So I had developed a sort of sixth-sense about who would be harmless and who we would have to keep a wary eye on. In the case of this university employee, I felt that she was completely harmless except possibly to herself.
Yes. Once a person has worked with these patients firsthand, they have the tendency to know who is harmless and who to keep an eye on. God bless you for seeing the good in her.
New Mexico is a good place for crazies to go. When they eventually become homeless, Bill Richardson takes care of them.
Gasp, how dare people take care of homeless people...

Yeah, she moved to NM and is now dating Hunter Biden.
Preserve documents and communications.
Are theaters being forced to show the truth? There was talk of movies being used to explain to normies what is happening.
"You're watching a movie" would take on much greater meaning.

I doing think that's what the actual intention was. I think they meant more of a 'enjoy the show' type thing.
That said... 'Sound of Freedom' has been finished, and is over due for release.
Theatre of war?
I hope they include an "Or there will be consequences..." statement in that preservation notice.
Remember that Hillary was required by law to keep all computer records, cell phones, etc... used for government business during her time as Secretary of State. This applied to her and her SOS staff.
Naturally, they smashed or destroyed the cell phones and wiped all of the computer records, in complete violation of the law. The DOJ and FBI watched it happen with mild amusement and never did a thing.
Hope this time the preservation notice has TEETH.
Don't destroy the evidence--"The dog ate it" will not be accepted.
… unless you’re a democrat
I don’t mean for this to be a “Q has been revived” post.
But this poster was correct about the “Russia has dispatched hypersonic missiles” news, so I’m wondering what preservation notices are.
Post midterm... I am tired of waiting for this shit to kick off.
TBF Trump said he wouldn’t be announcing anything until after midterms as well.
Where was this posted? Thank you.
4chan.
I can’t stand the actual site so I just go to the archives on 4plebs and search inb4source on /pol/ there
Ahh, I rarely go to 4chan or 8kun (is that even still around?) because there is so much BS to navigate through. But I appreciate those who do go there and then repost the interesting bits. There have been a lot of fascinating things from there! Thank you for responding!
8kun is still around, the 'main board' is spammed and shilled and has a VERY VERY high noise level. a few other boards where made that have better digging going on however, and occasional gems get dropped. Id suggest using an aggregator that lets you scroll through the expanded notables quickly, and only going to the kun for the smaller boards.
8chan/kun is still around. It's more shit than before. /pol/ was always maximum shit.
A preservation notice tells someone that some information will be required in the future so do not throw it away.
Well, let's see if some great arrests come out of these investigations the republicans are going to start when they win back the Senate and House. My money is on the "favorite" another round of 3-4 year investigations where we, the people, believe something is going to happen and nothing ever does. bill & hillary still walking around, obummer still walking around, pelosi will probably retire-still walking around, schiff still walking around, and many others. I hope I am wrong and have to apologize for my comments, but I believe, until I see differently, that this is what will happen.
Just going to clarify that I don’t think this is Q, nor do I believe in outside comms. But I do think Red Skull sometimes acts as misdirection and sometimes acts ad coded comms for other reasons, so I like to keep tabs.
It means a notice that you are legally required to preserve all evidence and not destroy or shred them. I got one when my former company got litigated.
How do they preserve information they deleted a long time ago because they saw this coming? They can't, but now they can say they went through the requested information and found nothing incriminating.
"Do not delete the existing emails in your account."
"It was deleted a long time ago, we checked and found nothing incriminating."
"You have no emails at all in your account? Inbox? Archives?"
"Everything deleted a long time ago"
"Even the email we sendt regarding the preservation order?"
"Deleted before we recieved it."
IMO - Just more hopium.
We know now, without a shred of doubt - that no one of any importance will face any justice, if the process goes through normal, legal means. Clinton showed everyone that you can be guilty 3 ways from sunday, disregard the courts and delete subpoenaed data - and NOTHING .
Until she is behind bars - expecting any justice from the legal system is a fools belief.
I was thinking it’s a tribunal preservation notice.
But I tend to be overly optimistic
Could this possibly have something to do with Trumps RICO case just filed against Clinton et al ? Timing once again makes me think we should be taking a deeper look into this source.
Yeah I was thinking the same thing.
That the COVID comms were about being served.
LARP of recent announcement. Oh wow preservation notices.. Now they know exactly what to destroy.
Sure they'd know exactly what to destroy. But if the authorities already has access to the stuff they want preserved, it's a fantastic way to prove that a crime has been committed.
"We can prove that they had A, B and C on their server on day 1. After we asked them to preserve it, they proved that no such thing was present on their server on day 2."
Those should have been sent out 2 years ago.
